The bell finally rang and I quickly walked out of Science class, rushing my way through- Well technically I didn't have to. Even as people were in a rush to eat, the hallway filled with other demons would split to the walls every time I would walk through it. I still made sure to be as fast as I could. It's not like anyone besides my father would dare to make fun of me. I slammed open the door, and rushed to Mrs. Seawright's office. "Is Hayden okay?" I questioned. She looked at Hayden, then me hesitantly. "Hayden? Do you mind taking your stuff and going to lunch early?" She asked. Without saying anything, he left. What the hell happened when I was gone...? I thought. Mrs. Seawrite quickly closed the door behind him. "What happened to him?" I interrogated. She took a paper off of her rocking chair and handed it to me. "I had him take a test for an anxiety diagnosis and he got a 99% chance." She explained. I looked at some of his answers in disbelief. Some of them I could predict; like his frequent nightmares, but some I had no idea about; like how he had trouble relaxing.

"I would call his mom, but she never picks up on calls, or replies to emails, and since he doesn't have a father I thought you were the next best option since you boys share a dorm." She mentioned. "Yeah... I don't think he has any friends either." I replied. "Really?" She asked. I nodded. "He seems so sweet." Hayden could be when he felt like it. Felt like it. "Yeah he's special..." I muttered. I watched her walk away, to a shelf where she grabbed out a woven basket. Then, as she dug through it, she got out a blue fidget spinner and handed it to me. "Could you give him this for me? It might help with his anxiety." Mrs. Seawrite asked. "Sure." I answered.

"What's this sorcery?" Hayden asked as he held the fidget spinner in his dark claws. "It's supposed to help with your anxiety." I replied. He looked at me skeptically. "Mrs. Seawrite told me to give it to you." I explained. He lifted the spinner and poked it as if it would bite him. "What's this supposed to be?" Hayden questioned. "It's called a Fidget Spinner." I replied. "What are you supposed to do with it?" He questioned. "I don't know. She just told me to give it to you." I answered. Hayden began to spin it. "Hmph... Not bad for a kids toy." He commented. As his eyes lit up as he 'fidgeted' with it, I could tell he didn't want to admit it. Like he didn't want to admit when he needed help... "Are you okay?" I asked. "Why wouldn't I be?" Hayden asked back. "Mrs. Seawrite diagnosed you with anxiety around 10 minutes ago Hayden. That's a lot to take in. It's a whole chemical imbalance." I explained. He paused. "It's okay to not to be so stubborn all the time." I continued. "Easy for you to say." He muttered. "Think I don't have problems?" I inquired. "Why would you have more than 3 problems? You're rich, everyone's already scared of you-" Hayden started.

HAYDEN'S POV

"That's the problem. Everyone's scared of me so my parents pick out my friends for me. Most of them are assholes like Erebus and Raven... They're all only entitled rich people that think everyone likes them." Jaxx interrupted. "Aren't you like that?" I jested. He glared at me. "You acted like I owe everything to you just around a week ago." I explained. "Name one time." He challenged.

"When you threw a bottle of wine and expected me to clean it, the first day of school when you expected me to make you dinner because I insinuated you were a retard after you called me one, then there was that time you called people treating you like god's gift to humanity was just being appreciative there's all of those times where you would refer to me as your property, the times you would physically hurt me because I gave you the same attitude as you gave me." I listed. "I said one but okay..." Jaxx corrected. "And now you're avoiding confronting your ego." I replied. "How about you give me an explanation for at least one." I dared. "Fine then." He paused. "Well for that first one I was just mad." Jaxx explained. "That isn't a very good excuse." I insulted. He ignored my comment. "The second and third ones I was just mad, the fourth one..." His sentence faded into the air. "Why?" I interrogated. "...I just felt like it." Sure... I thought. "Did you just feel mad?" I sneered spitefully. "I am right now." Jaxx said flatly. "What are you going to do about it?" I opposed. "I'll shut you up." He threatened.
