Huang Zitao looked at the horizon that is Beijing. Although not his hometown, he has found a new level of appreciation of it. This was the city of opportunities for many Chinese next to Shanghai. Now he gets to partake it as EXO's Kung Fu Panda.
His debut has been met with massive fanfare. His rapping and vocals have helped him cement his reputation as China's rising star. Thanks to him and his boys, Kpop music has gotten even popular and many young Chinese kids want to be like them. The fact there's a greater number of Chinese trainees than his time as trainee shows the potential his kin has to the Korean entertainment industry
But there still one problem...
Success attracts jealousy and there has been tension between Chinese idols and Korean netizens. Due to history there has been a level of mistrust between Korean and Chinese netizens. Lately the back and forth has been concerning to say the least. Tao just hopes those animosity can wither away. That is why he wants to show that Chinese people are just as friendly.
He has been participating more in group events, perfect his Korean, learn and research about Korean culture. Despite the language barriers he finds their culture unique and similar to their own. In a way they're distant brothers.
"The sun sure is shining brighter on me. I have to say Jiejie this year has been amazing. I'm really getting the hang of this idol stuff!! EXO is gonna take the world in 2016 just watch!!" Tao declared with his goofy high pitched laugh.
"You really are a child Zitao. I don't know why I'm your manager." The female manager sighs at his antics. She felt short handed by being placed babysitter.
"I would do anything to switch places with Hsu and manage Hsingche. At least he is well mannered boy." Emma Guo adjusted her glasses.
