Fox focused on the words of an old woman. He shows her some books. A smile appeared on his face when she finally bought her book.

She went out and I came in at the same time.

He looked at the account book.

- Is this interesting ? I asked him.
- As interesting as my break. he said without looking up from the book and coldly.

I looked at the books on the other side of the bookstore.

- When did you arrive ? he said surprised.
- I was going to leave. I said.
- What why ?
- I haven't found my happiness. I said neutrally.
- All is good ?
- As much as you with your break.

He closed his eyes and exhaled.

- I'm sorry, I didn't realize it was you, the old woman kept making me go crazy. he said opening his eyes.

I shrugged my shoulders. He moved closer to me.

- My break is in ten minutes, do you want to go eat lunch with me ?

Surprise caught my lips.

- You must really be mad at me that much. he laughed.
- I don't mad at you, it's just...it surprised me.

I smiled but Emily arrived.

- Never again will you leave without telling me ! she said furiously.
- Who is it ? Fox asked me.
- Oh, you're Eden's boyfriend. she smiled.

I felt myself blush like a tomato. She looked at my face.

- As much for me. she laughed nervously.
- My name is Fox and yours ? he smiled.
- My name is Emily. I'm sorry, my words were faster than my thoughts.
- Are you coming with us ?
- Where ?
- In central park or elsewhere. I told myself that Eden could choose.

Completely silent, the two turned to me.

- Um, I, I, I.

I left the bookstore and went to Sin padres. I sat down on a bench. Fox came running.

- Are you ok ?
- Yes. I said, lowering my head.
- It's not ok at all. he said, kneeling in front of me.
- Emily?
- She left for work. She was going to refuse but I was too quick. My bad.
- I...I'm sorry.
- I don't care about the others as long as you're okay.
- I'm just a kid.
- Not in my eyes. he said, making me raise my head.

I looked at him and hugged him.

- Be careful though, we're going to fall. he said.
- Sorry. I said, unclenching my arms.

His eyes searched and I blushed.

- You look like your mother but without her negative temperament.
- I know but I try to tell myself that I look like my father.
- You're beautiful, that's all I can say right now.

He blushed.

- Um sorry. It was...it was.
- Thank you very much, you too, you are very beautiful. You must be a huge hit among girls.

He smiled.

- Not my type. he said, sitting down next to me.

We returned after eating at the bookstore. A huge thread awaited him.

- I have to leave you but we'll talk later. he smiled and he entered.

I left already knowing that I would owe Jessica donuts.

After fully discussing the plan with Emily, I went to the bookstore. It's already been a week since I went there.

Fox and Mr. Lavender were talking when I entered. Fox looked at me. A small, shy smile appeared.

- Did you understand everything correctly ?
- Yes, Mr. Lavender.

When Mr. Lavender has his back turned. Fox grabbed my hand. The old man turned around.

- Don't forget to come back in an hour. he said with a smile.
- I promise to be on time.

We left the bookstore.
