I didn't know what to do. I was standing outside of Jessica's house. I couldn't go to Caspar's cause he was in South Africa. Oli was out for dinner. Where else can I go? Kayleigh's! The only problem is I have fancied her since the day I meet her.
It was only a 5 minute drive. We met at a Zalfie sleepover, I obsessed over her videos she was so funny, and we always used to hangout she had met my whole family I had met her whole family and We used to practically live together we were with each other so much but then YouTube got bigger and Jessica came in and at first I didn't mind but she never let me see my friends. She just made me buy stuff for her. My sister was right she was using me for money and fame. I knocked at the door. I started to panic what if she is mad because I haven't seen her in ages? What if she has a boyfriend now? What if she moved out and didn't tell me? What if- my thoughts were stopped by Kayleigh opening the door in her pyjamas. "Why is she so fucking cute?" I thought. 'Joe' she said so happy to see me giving me a warm bear hug I didn't want to let her go but I had to. 'come in' she said sounding worried. I sat on the sofa. Lags followed and sat next to me and said 'joe are you ok? What happened ?' Bless her she sounded so concerned. I took a deep breath. Then she said 'if you don't want to tell me you don't have to just know I'm here for you okay?' She really did care and it was adorable. I could only manage to say 'me and Jessica got in an argument' then I explain how me and Jessica broke up. I didn't care that we weren't together but she made me feel like nothing. 'You can stay here as long as you like' Kayleigh said. She was so considerate. 'Thanks' I said smiling. 'Well as you are here do you want to watch a movie' Kayleigh said. I knew she was trying to distract me and this is why I love her company so much she really knows how to cheer me up. We put on a movie and ten minutes in *knock* *knock*
'I'll get it' Kayleigh mumbled
'Where is he ?' It was Jessica! What can t she leave me alone! 'And your in my apartment' Kayleigh said wittily.
I stood beside the sofa and Jessica stood in front of me. Kayleigh joined me at the side of the sofa 'Why is she here' Jessica said disgustingly 'it's my apartment!' Kayleigh said mumbling 'stay out of this slut' Jessica spat. That's when I lost it 'why are you calling Kayleigh a slut she is the nicest, kindest, sweetest person I have ever met she has been there for me more than you ever have if anyone is a slut it is you I left you because you cheated on me with one of my best mates!?' I spoke with meaning and confidence. Kayleigh gave me an appreciative smile and we carried on arguing for what was like a very long life time. 'you're the biggest dick I have ever met I know you are a cheat because you are the so selfish and the biggest asshole I have ever met we are over' I couldn't help but be upset by that a tear rolled down my cheek. I was so done with her she treated me like crap for months when I did everything for her and then she calls me a dick !! are you joking joe would never cheat on you he would never want to hurt anyone even if they are the biggest bitch in the world' Kayleigh spoke full of sass and confidence I couldn't help but be attracted to her. She always knew how to make me laugh.
'he deserves way better!' She said 'I think it's about time you left!' She pushed her out the door. She came over to me and gave me a hug. Kayleigh gives the best hugs.
'Thanks' 'it was nothing' she said making me laugh. 'Do you want to finish watching the movie' so we carried on watching the film and I noticed Kayleigh had fallen asleep and I was quite tried myself. So I got changed into my boxers and I carried her to bed and I got into.
I woke up and Kayleigh was in my arms. I wish we could stay like this forever. And I slowly drifted back to sleep.
*buzz* *buzz* *buzz*
My phone was going mental. So I woke up and Kayleigh wasn't there anymore she must be upstairs. I picked up my phone and I had about a million Twitter notifications from Zoe Oli Alfie Tyler Jim Caspar Marcus Naomi and everyone. WTF is going on so I checked Twitter then I checked the trends #JoeleighShipForever was top on the worldwide trends #ByeJessicaSorryNotSorry was second. Kayleigh's roommate Sophie had tweeted a picture of me and Kayleigh asleep together my arms wrapped round her. She looked so cute in the picture though. And it was all over Instagram. I got a text from Jessica asking me to get back with her. She called me five times I ignored all of them then she texted me again saying
Jessica- 'I have seen the trends and the picture by the way I hate you I hope your happy with your new slut of a girlfriend of yours'
She wasn't getting a way with that
Joe- 'why do u care if she's my girlfriend or not I broke up with you and I stayed at her house and what! I didn't make the trends your just jealous'
she replied straight away
Jessica- 'look babe I sorry I just want you back I didn't mean to call you an asshole'
Joe- 'And what about the rest of it what about calling Kayleigh a slut twice'
'And don't call me "babe"'
Jessica- 'Yeah well she is a slut but please take me back'
Joe- 'No and if you want to find a slut trying looking in the mirror'
I checked Twitter and my DMs were full of people saying

And my feed was full of edits of us together and Kayleigh got verified because of it. I went upstairs to she Kayleigh in the kitchen I walked towards her 'have you checked Twitter since you got up?' 'No' she said curiously it was adorable I sat on the sofa pretending to watch the telly but I was actually watching Kayleigh on her phone she smiled to herself I chuckled at how happy she was 'what?' She said laughing embarrassedly 'aw nothing nothing nothing' I said she was so loveable
'I'm sorry for what happened with Jessica' she said apologetically 'no don't worry about it I was thinking about dumping her anyway and I didn't realise how horrible she could actually be I mean she had never properly meet you before and she called you a slut and you have always been there for me so I could let her get away with it and she was the one that kissed caspar then calls me a cheat' 'well I'm here for you Joseph and don't worry about me' the way she said Joseph gave me butterflies.
