Severus Snape and Gilderoy Lockhart.

"I don't see why you won't come?" I asked Severus as we stood in his empty classroom

"Because I don't like him,that's why" Severus said,I had been here for the last half an hour trying to convince my best friend to spend time with me and my other best friend Gilderoy Lockhart. Although the two men didn't exactly get along. But I want to spend time with them both

"He isn't that bad Sev,plus Gild is also my friend" I said to him

"Then go and spend time with him,I have no desire to see him outside of the Great hall" Severus said,I know how stubborn he can be but I won't give in that easy.

"This is the best time to spend together as neither me,you or Gild had a lesson at the moment" I explain 

"I'm still not doing it" Severus said, walking over to his desk

"You are coming with me wither you like it or not"I say walking over to the potion's master and taking ahold of his arm

"I'm not going" Severus protested.

His protests had no affect as I lead him from the dungeons and upstairs to the entrance hall,where Gilderoy stood waiting 

"What kept you?" Gilderoy asked

"Grouchy here was being stubborn as normal" I said,I know Severus is glaring holes into me,but I ignored him and spoke to the blonde instead "Since this was mostly your idea Gild what shall we do?"

"I hadn't actually thought about that" Gilderoy admitted

"Then I'm leaving " Severus said

"Oh no you don't" I said standing in front of him" Just stay here will you"

" Do you have an idea Y/n?" Gilderoy asked me

"Let's just walk around the grounds and see how things go" I said,this idea is turning into more of a headache than I hoped.

My idea for a walk around the grounds went really bad,Gilderoy and Severus argued the entire time. Part of me wishes I hadn't dragged Snape into this,and part of me wishes I wasn't friends with either of them. Since the two men where too busy bitching at one another,I slowed my pace down so they walked ahead of me. Eventually I had enough of there bickering and headed back into the castle. I head back towards my office,I just wanted to be alone for now. Upon my walk I saw Minerva coming towards me

"From the look of you Y/n,I'd say you have had enough of two men" Minerva said

"You can say that again " I said" I'm sick of there constant bitching,I'm always stuck in the middle"

"Have you told them this?" Minerva asked

"I hardly get to say anything when they are both together " I say" Sometimes I think I better of not being friends with either of them"

"Leave them to me" Minerva said and with that she set off down the corridor. I don't know what she is going to do but,I doubt it will work. Severus and Gilderoy seem set on hating eachother forever.

At dinner time I didn't see either Sev or Gild as I ate earlier,by the time I'm done most of the students had only just begun to arrive. I headed back to my classroom to get ready for the afternoon lessons,I just hopped that this lesson won't be so hectic and the students behaved. Strangely though when I did get to my classroom it isn't empty,Severus and Gilderoy are both there waiting for me

"Maybe Minerva actually talked some sense into them" I thought,I walked into the room and stood behind my desk" Don't you have lessons?" I said to the two men

"Actually we do but this is somewhat more important " Gilderoy said

"Potter and his dunderheads can wait" Severus adds

"So,what do you want?" I asked,crossing my arms.

"We had a talk with um...a concerned third party and ...er..." Gilderoy began,he looked to Severus for help

"The two of us will never get along and never be close friends,but as we both share you as our friend we are willing to be civil with eachother" Severus said

"I doubt that" I said" You two cant be in the same room without one of you starting a argument"

"This is true" Gilderoy said" But for Y/n we are going to try"

"Speak for yourself,not me" Severus said,I looked at him and he continued " I will be as civil as I can be around this moron you call a friend"

"Y/n also calls you friend, doesn't that make you a moron as well" Gilderoy asked

"What did you call me?" Severus asked glaring at the blonde male beside him

"Nothing I was just...is that the bell" Gilderoy said and he ran from the room

"I don't know understand why you are friends with him?" Severus said to me

"And you never will."
