"Your chance will come , I promise .." he said and I sigh , nodding.

"Why don't you take a break while I mixed the poor coffee .." he said as I then nod , walking towards the locker room. I plopped down on the bench , taking out my phone. I frown not seeing any text messages from Zee since today morning.

"Aow .. is he still asleep ? He hasn't texted me since last night .." I thought as I pout.

"Ah whatever .. he must've be busy .." I said to myself.

"You can trust him Nhu .. he is your boyfriend na .. he loves you , remember that .." I said before breathing in and out. I look at my phone pouting.

- later -

"Nhu .. are you sure you can close up alone ??" Asked Nat for the hundredth time.

"Yes Nat for the hundredth time ... I understand that you have a wedding coming up .." I said holding his hand making him pout.

"But I feel bad that you have to do the work all alone .." he said making me chuckle.

"Hey .. you are a groom to be soon .. your wedding is days away ... you need to fully rest before the big day .. and plus , I can handle it .." I said reassuringly as he then pout.

"Okay then .." he said. Soon the café bell rang making both us turn to see Max.

"Ready to go babe ?" Asked Max as I chuckled.

"Ready .. you'll come to the resort tomorrow afternoon am I right ?" He asked and I nod.

"I promise .. now go~" I said as he smile.

"I love you Jelly~" he said.

"I love you too NatNat~" I cooed making him giggle.

"I'll get going first na .." he said as I nod. He held Max's hand , grabbing his bag as Max waved to me before leaving me all alone in the café. I chuckled , sighing before going back to mopping the floor.

I took my phone out , seeing no text from Zee. I pout , looking at the time.

"Aow , it's literally 7pm here .. it should be morning there .. is he still not awake ?" I asked , pouting.

"What if he ate something and never woke up ?!" I gasped as my eyes widened. I shook my head , slapping my cheek.

"Aow Nhu ! How can you say that ?!" I scolded myself.

"But what if on the way to work something bad happened to him ?!" I thought and soon the sound of thunder made me snapped out of my thoughts.

"Aow Nhu ! Cut it out !!!" I said as I shook my head. I placed my phone back into my apron , sighing as I look out the window to see rain pouring down.

"It's raining again ..." I said and sigh , before continuing doing my work. Soon the sound of the café bell ring making me frown.

"Sorry sir but we are closed already .. do come back tomorrow na .." I said , mopping.

"Am I too late ?" I froze in my place , hearing a familiar voice. I slowly turned around to see the one and only guy whom I missed a lot , who I crave for. He smile , standing there as I clutch the mop tightly.

"Z-Zee .." I said.

"I am sorry if I took so long ..." he said softly making me chuckle. I dropped the mop , running towards him as he opened his arms. I crash into his arm making him stumble back a little before regaining his balance. He chuckled , holding me tightly as I smiled widely closing my eyes.

"It's you .. you're here .. you're really here .." I said as I look at him in disbelief.

"I am here na .. I am really here .. and I am not going anywhere anymore ..." he said.

"I am going to stay here with you .. forever .." he said making me smile before hugging him tightly making him chuckle , caressing my head. I sigh happily , snuggling up to his warmth. I then frown , pushing him away slightly making him frown in confusion. I then pinched his arm making him jolt.

"Aow , what was that for ?!" He asked , rubbing the place where I pinch him.

"You made me worried for no reason ! You jerk !" I pout making him chuckle.

"If I texted you , I would ruin the surprise .." he said as I pout.

"And plus .. It took me so much courage to not reply your text .." he said as he wrapped his arms around my waist.

"But what about your work in New York ? Is it done ?" I asked , drawing circles on his chest.

"It's all done .. I can finally be with you .. for as long as you want .. I am not going anywhere .. I can't stand being away from you anymore .." he said making me smile shyly.

"I missed you .. so much .. I miss holding you like this ..." he said , pinching my nose making me scrunch my face.

"I missed you even more .. two years was tough without you .." I said pouting.

"Don't ever leave me na .." I said and he nod. He then gently caressed my cheek , looking into my eyes. He then grabbed my chin as he slowly leaned down to me. I close my eyes and soon felt his lips on mine. I smile wrapping my arms around his neck as I replied to his kiss. I smile in between the kiss as he pulled me closer.

Finally ... after so long ... I am with Zee again .. my Mr Lover ...

ahhh ! So close to the end , I'll announce when is the last chapter of the story very soon , once I finalize the whole chapter and edit it , I promise that I'll announce the date for the release of the last chapter 🥹
