Nunew's POV

I answered the phone call , placing the phone beside my ear as I plopped down on the bed.

"Hello .." I said.

"Hey .." I smile hearing the voice that would always warm my heart.

"Where are you ?" He asked.

"I am in your room .." I said.

"Aow .. today is a Thursday ?" He asked making me chuckle.

"No silly it's a Wednesday .." I said.

"Then aren't you supposed to be at P'Sun's house ?" He asked.

"Usually you'll sleep at my house on the Thursdays and Fridays .." he continued.

"Well I miss you a lot that I had to come and stay at your house .." I confessed earning a chuckle.

"I missed you even more ... it's been two years since I last saw you .. it's killing me to think that I can't hold you and have to be apart from you .." he said making me blush gently.

"Well you are coming to Nat and Max's wedding right ?" I asked with full of hopes.

"I'll try to come .. right now schedule is getting tighter and work keeps coming in ... I can't promise you that I'll be there .." he said making me pout.

"It's okay .. I understand .." I said leaning on my side as I place Zee on speaker while I place my phone on the pillow beside me.

"I miss you .." I said softly.

"I know ... I'll come back real soon , I promise ..." he said.

"Being away from you is tougher than I expected .." I said.

"It's killing me over here too ... I wish I could see you .." he said making me smile.

"Me too ..." I said.

"I love you Nhu ... so much .." he whispered.

"I love you too ..." I said softly as my eyes started feeling heavy. Without me realizing , I fell asleep on the call.

- next day -

I woke up , frowning as I felt the sunlight against my face. I squinted my eyes , lifting my head up as I look around confused. My eyes widened as I remembered I was on call with Zee last night. I quickly grabbed my phone seeing a text message from Zee.

Mr Lover 💙 : you must be tired .. I love you Nhu .. I'll text you soon ❤️

I sigh looking at the text message that was sent last night , pouting as I mentally slapped myself.

"Aow , I missed the chance to talk to him~" I whined as I then grabbed the pillow. I hide my face on it , kicking my legs like a 5 year old kid.

- later at work -

I pout as I mixed the coffee.

"Aow , someone is sulking .." said Nat as I looked at him with a pout on my face.

"Let me guess .. you fell asleep on a call with Zee last night .." he said knowing me better than anyone.

"We haven't call in awhile and I lost the chance to talk to him after so long just because I fell asleep~" I whine as I sigh making him chuckle.

"Nhu~ it's fine .. you can always talk to Zee again .." he said patting my head.

"I know .. but we haven't call for so long before because we have been so busy .." I said pouting making him smile.
