It felt so real, so vivid. I was really happy to see him. I always will be, he means a lot to me.

"Hey beautiful. How do you feel?" He says.

"Hi, h-how? How are you here?" I ask

"I had to come see my favorite granddaughter!" He says caressing my cheek, smiling at me.

My grandfather wasn't one to show emotion after all he was Leonardo Salvatore Ferrari, world's most best and feared Mafia leader.

"How do you feel?" He repeats the question.

"Numb, a bit tired, with pain on my whole back and left side of my waist."

"They will pay for what they did to you!" He tells me

"It's okay, I'm okay. I miss you."

"I know. But I'm busy, I miss you too!"

"Don't hurt them!"

"What?" He asks looking confused.

"Don't hurt the Pavarotti's! What Daunt and Alara did is now in the past!"

"Tesoro, I don't plan on doing anything to the Pavarotti's. When I said they would pay for what they did to you, I meant your father and Kate. He had no right to choose."

"How long are you staying?" I wanted to change the subject. I didn't want to think about him hurting Kate

"Not for long. I actually have to go right now! I'll see you later, preziosa."

"Don't leave. Please stay, just for a little while longer!" I plead

"I can't, I really wish I could. Ti amo, bellezza. Ciao"

He leans down and kisses my forehead, smiling one last time at me, before he walks out through the door. I close my eyes, only for a couple of seconds, until opening them again. I look to my side and see Luca, Liam, My dad, Kate, Jordan, Jameson, Sebastian, and Andrew.

I furrow my eyebrows. Where was he? Why did he leave? I wanted him to stay for a little while longer!

"Where is he?" I mutter

"Where is who?" My dad asks

"No one! It doesn't matter!"

"How do you feel?" Liam asks

"Tired, in pain, exhausted, sad"

"Sad?" Asks Luca frowning.

"It doesn't matter! How bad is it?" I asked

"One bullet went through your pelvis, fracturing two bones and causing a lot of bleeding!" Jordan says

"It could've been worse!" I say "Can I sit up?" I ask.

They all look at each other not knowing what to say, so I place my palms down on the hospital bed and with my arm strength I push myself up. I let out a deep breath and shut my eyes for a few seconds.
