I cried while hiding my face in my arms until I felt as if someone was hugging my head.

E-Chan: Papa... papa.. don't cry, papa..

I looked up and saw that E-Chan was glowing. No, it was her spirit

You: E-Chan..

E-Chan: Papa, don't cry.. I hate it when you cry. I'm going to leave the rest to you, okay?

You: Don't say that! We'll take you back to Azur Lane and Vestal will-

As we returned, Enterprise was waiting for us. She looked around for E-Chan but nothing. She then spots me and gives me a hug

You: ... I-I ... I'm sorry ..

I gave E-Chan's hat to Enterprise as she started to well tears from her eyes

Enterprise: No.. no it can't be.. my daughter is.. AAAAHHHH!!!!

You: ...

Enterprise: What happened?

You: I couldn't protect her.. it's my fault.. it should have been me
