Sleep Caterpillar!

Aizawa's POV:

After the surgery I was sitting there in his room until Mic came in. We both looked at the kid for a bit before he came to my side and hugged me. He was my support and we both knew it.

Mic: How is he?

Me: Alive.

Mic: That's something Sho.

Me: It is...

Mic: I head what happened from Tsukauchi.

Me: ... how can a mother do something like this...

Mic: It's not your fault Sho.

Me: It is and you can't tell my you don't feel guilty. He was with us Zashi! We could have prevented this.

Mic: I know... I feel bad too but now that we have him, he will be safe from now on.

Me: How can you know that?

Mic: Sho, believe in yourself. You are a great teacher and a husband. You will get to him in no time. Trust me.

Me: I will.

Mic: What did the doctor say?

Me: That tonight will be crutial. If he survives tonight then he will be fine. They did what they could but they can't garantee that he will wake up.

Mic: Oh no.... 

Me: *Sigh* What about his mother?

Mic: She got arrested and has a charge on attempted murder on her.

Me: Good.

Mic: I know. I told him to add a lot more which he did and they found a torture room that was covered in blood.

Me: ....

SHIT!

If only I never had left him go back home!

How could I do that?

I knew he was tortured at home but this is something completly different.

This is much worse.

For how long is he actually enduring this?

DAMN IT!

How can no one see that?

How could everyone ignore this!

Me: I'll make her pay.

Mic: No need for that Sho, Tsukauchi is already doing everything he can.

Me: Tsk.

Mic: Sho, he kinda reminds me of you...

Me: I know.

Mic: He will be alright. 

Me: How can you know that?

Mic: You said it to me yourself. We will watch over him and you are one of the best and carying person on the world. I am sure he will get better. 

Me: .... You too Zashi.

Mic: Now Sho, heads up. Come on! There is no use in dwelling on what if's! I brought you some coffee and let's look into the future and wait for it.

Me: *sigh* You're right Zashi.

Mic: See! I am not always an emotional idiot!

Me: Pfff... but most of the time.

Mic: I know.

Me: So how are things going on?

Mic: I informed Nem about the kid and she is at our house revamping this one room we have upstairs.

Me: Good.

Mic: Well she also wanted to know her size but I couldn't tell her that since you know how bad I am with guessing that. I assume she will be bringing over a lot of different clothings.

Me: *sigh*

Mic: Oh and Ten is helping out. He is bringing over some of his little brothers old stuff over so our kid could have something till he would be back on his track again.

Me: I see.

Mic: RG will also come over later. 

Me: You really did phone everyone.

Mic: Did you ever thought I wouldn't? He is our kid now!

Me: *sigh* true. You are just the best husband one can have.

Mic: Glad you see that too.

Me: Don't get too cheeky.

Mic: Oh I won't Mister Insomniac. Now go sleep. I'll watch over him for the night.

Me: No, I'll be awake.

Mic: NO SHO! You gonna sleep. You can't do anything for him if you ruin your own body. I know how little you sleep now take this and sleep.

He handed me over a sleeping bag he brought with him and looked at me. He was right. There was nothing to deny that. I couldn't help out this kid after all I've gone through in the night. We both were basically up all night and I knew for Zashi how tirying this was. He needed sleep more than me but I could also tell that he did sleep right after he stopped looking for the kid because he seemed rested, stressed out but rested.

Me: Fine.

I took the offer up and gulped the coffee down first before taking the sleeping bag and then lay right next to his bed. It was now Zashi who was sitting on a chair and watching over him. If anything would happen, I knew he could and would react immediately. I trusted him after all. He was my perfect soulmate and partner. Otherwise we wouldn't be together. I owed him soo much after too. He always knew how to help me out and be there for me. 

Me: Thanks Zashi.

Mic: No problem Sho, you're there for me too. Now sleep Caterpillar.

Me: Mh.

I did as I was told and it was sleep that was rushing over my body the moment I started relaxing and letting it come over me. This only showed how tired I really was.

Please me okay kid....

You are our kid now!

There was no doubt in my mind that Mic had already filled out the adoption paper for this kid because of the things he mentioned. There was just no way he would prepare a room without taking him in propperly. I knew him that much after all.
