The reason they invite because they want to meet the savior of japan who became symbol of hope even though he's quirkless.

So the teachers brought a special girl in their dorms (sorry not really good with other pronouns in stories) she has a dog quirk and her personality is really happy and supporting, she kinda acts like a support dog. When she got asked to help the stressed kids, she ofcourse said yes. She is quite older, so no romance with the students, she will be like a mother away from home, a second mother and all.
