You and Niall have been together for so long, but it still feels like the honeymoon phase to you. Sure, you fought sometimes, but there was still so much love there.
Today, you were really feeling the love. You were straddling Niall's lap, rubbing noses, giggling, rubbing each other's back etc. Pretty soon all that cute stuff turned into a hot make-out session. Hands were running through hair, lips were being bit, moans were coming out of your mouths. It seemed like you were in that position for hours.
Suddenly Niall pulls back and kisses your neck. "Did ya.... just cum?"
"What? No," you said, scoffing it off. "Why?"
"Cause 'm all sticky and wet," Niall said, ready to make a mark on your neck.
Your eyes got wide and you never got up so fast. You got off his lap and stared in horror. Your period had started earlier that it was supposed to and you leaked all over Niall. "Shit! I'm sorry."
Niall looks down at his pants, realizing what happened. "Oi! Don't even worry about it."
You got up and immediately went to the bedroom to get new shorts and underwear and then to the bathroom to get the proper sanitary products. You put your head in your hands. You were so embarrassed. You've been together for a while, but you never really discussed your period or anything of that nature.
You sighed heavily, sitting on the now closed toilet seat, your head in your hands. Niall came in to the bathroom, something he had done 100 times before now, but suddenly you felt uncomfortable. He sat down in front of you, rubbing your legs. "Babe," he said. You picked your head up and he was smiling at you. "It could of been worse, right?" The side of his mouth went up a bit. "Ya could've hurled all over me, right?"
A small smiled crept on your face. "I'm so sorry, Ni. It came early."
Niall shakes his head. "Yer not actually apologizing, are ya?"
You just looked at him. "Wh-?"
"It's not a big deal, AT ALL, love," Niall said, putting his head on your knees. "Please don't be embarrassed."
You grabbed his hand and he squeezed yours, rubbing small circles on it. "But I bled all over you."
"So?" Niall shrugged. "It's natural. Nothing a little Tide and hydrogen peroxide won't fix, right?"
You smiled and he smiled back at you. "Yeah."
Then after a few moments of silence, Niall spoke. "'Bout time something like this happened. We've been together long enough. All part of a relationship, babe." He shrugged.
Your heart was practically bursting at how understanding he was being with all of this. Most guys would run away screaming. "I love you," you said.
"I love ya too," Niall smiled before leaning up to kiss you.
When he pulled away you noticed he was still wearing the shorts you had bled through. "Why didn't you change yet?" you chuckled.
Niall shrugged. "Had to make sure my girl was ok first." A small smile appeared on his face and then on yours. You couldn't be anymore in love with this man. He got up and held a hand out to you, leading you into the bedroom. Niall guided you to the bed. He changed his shorts and picked his clothes and yours. "Ya get some rest. I'll do the laundry. Let me know if ya need anything, ok?"
You nodded. "I'm fine though. I can do-."
"Shush," Niall held up a finger.
You closed your mouth and nodded, lying back in bed and pulling the covers on you. Niall left to go do the laundry and you just laid there, your back resting against the headboard. You felt fine, but you didn't want Niall to be mad, so you stayed.
A few minutes later, Niall came back and got into bed with you. You raised an eyebrow at him and he just looked up at you. "What?"
"You tired?" you chuckled.
"No. Just thought we'd cuddle," he said.
You gave him puppy dog eyes and laid down fully, encapsulating yourself in his arms. He pulled you close and you almost felt like crying. You looked up at him and smiled. Niall pecked your lips. "I just love you so much," you said.
Niall's face fell soft. "Yer my world." He pulled you close, rubbing your back. "Love ya," he mumbled in your hair.
You cuddled like that for the rest of the day and you didn't know how you got so lucky.
