t was kind of depressing for him to be sat at the bar alone, but Niall didn't really know what else to do. He found out that his girlfriend of two years cheated on him, and he was distraught. Once he had broken up with her, he called up a few friends and headed straight to the bar, intending to forget about the night's events. But as they spent more time there, his buddies found girls to go dance with (or a little something more), leaving Niall to drown in his sorrows all alone. He knew this headspace was bad for him, but he didn't really know how to get out of it.

Until he saw her in a little black dress.

It was held up by two thin straps and hugged her curves flawlessly. She was absolutely stunning, and Niall couldn't stop himself from staring. One of the girls she was standing with nudged her and whispered something in her ear, nodding in Niall's direction. The woman locked eyes with him and winked, making pink flood his creamy complexion. He smiled at her and she smiled back, turning back to her friends. They didn't seem to like that, though, pushing her in his direction. She laughed softly and gave one of her friends the middle finger as she approached him, making him chuckle as well.

"Hi!" she said, "my friends seem to think I should say hello to you, so here I am!"

Niall grinned. Not only was she beautiful, but she was funny, too.

"I'm glad they did. Don't think I would've had the guts to come up to a woman as pretty as you."

She giggled, "Funnily enough, I was thinking a similar thing. Thought you were good-looking, too."

"I'm glad your friends pushed you into it, then," he replied.

"Me too," she told him, "Oh, I'm Y/n by the way. Don't think I said that yet."

"I'm Niall. It's really nice to meet you!"

"It's nice to meet you, too," she paused, almost as if to think, then added, "couldn't help but notice that you're sitting alone. What are you doing here all by yourself?"

Niall sighed, "Broke up with my girlfriend. Found out she was cheating on me. Came with a couple of friends to try and take my mind off of it, but they've all found other people to dance with, so I'm on my own."

Her face softened, "I'm so sorry. That girl doesn't know what she's missing."

He smiled sadly, "Thanks. But anyway, what brings you here?"

She rolled her eyes with a fond smile on her face, "My friends think that tonight is the night for me to lose my virginity. I have to say, I think they're right. I'm tired of not knowing what all of the fuss is about," but then her smile turned into a smirk, "maybe we could help each other out."

Niall raised an eyebrow, "How so?"

"I need to lose my virginity. You need to get over a breakup. Why not do something that will benefit both of us?"

Niall thought about it for a second. This girl had enchanted him before he even knew her name. And who knows? Maybe something good could come out of it.

"Why the hell not? You caught my eye as soon as I saw you, think this could turn out really good," he said, making her grin.

"My thoughts exactly. Wanna have a drink first, or just skip to the good part?"

Niall laughed, "You're quite forward."

"Is that a bad thing?" Y/n asked.

He shook his head, "Definitely not. And yeah, let's just get out of here."

"To mine or yours?"

"Would you mind if we went to mine?" he questioned.

She smiled teasingly, "I don't know, would I?"
