Brenner: "Quite the little agent, isn't she".
I grit my teeth
My eyes move to 016.
She looks at me
016: " 017, I'm a real secret agent now!! Papa says I'm already the biggest winner!"
I glare at her.
"You're nothing but a traitor. In my eyes, you're anything but a winner".
Her eyes widen with sadness.
016: " 017, why are you being so mean!? I thought we were friends! You wanted to get rid of me, YOU NEVER WANTED ME TO WIN. WHY DID YOU LIE TO ME!?"
"THAT PHYCHOTIC SON OF A BITCH IS THE LIER! AND YOU'RE FALLING DEEPER INTO HIS TRAP. EVERYTHING HE SAYS IS A LIE AND YOU'RE BELIEVING ALL OF IT."
She starts crying and runs over to Brenner.
Brenner gestures for one of the guards to take her out of the room.
Once she's gone he walks up to me and forcefully grabs my chin, making be look up at him.
He glares at me.
Brenner: " You have the same resilience as 011 did".
I spit in his face.
He backs up wiping his face off.
He looks at me with disgust.
"Go to hell."
He lets out an airy laugh.
Brenner: " I'm honestly surprised you didn't notice the signs sooner"
"What signs?'
Brenner: "The signs pointing to 016 being my little spy. She may be young but she sure had you fooled didn't she?" He laughs.
My head lowers.
Signs?
Then my eyes widen.

???: "What are you making?"
I turn around to see 016 staring up at me, her big curious eyes look into mine.
I didn't even hear her come over.
I smile down at her.
"Just doodling"
016: " can I see?"
I smile and hand her the paper
She looks at it with wonder.
016:" can you teach me?" She says smiling back at me.
