Make it stop

This feeling inside of me,
where is it coming from?

Is it my heart,
aching, breaking, and falling apart?
Is it my mind,
haunted and echoing demons?
Is it my stomach,
knotted, bottomless and empty?
Is it my eyes,
deceiving me this whole time?
Is it my ears,
candy coating all the lies?

How do i make it stop
If i can't find where it starts?
