It's Sunday, and Hermione being Hermione is studying at the lakeside since she found the library is a bit crowded, and she cannot focus in such an environment. Also, she plans to take Draven on a movie night at the Room of Requirement this coming week that is why

Hermione!" She heard someone call her name, and it was a familiar voice too.

"Jasper? How did you know I am here?" She closed her book as he sat down beside her.

"Well, just a hunch." He shrugged. "Mind if I join you?"

Hermione nodded, as she sees Jasper as a good friend, and Draven does trust her and him as well.

"So, why are you here?" She asked him while opening her book again and flipped the pages from where she stopped reading.

"I need some help in studying. I heard that you're a great teacher and you helped Draven on his Potions class when he flunked it." He told her.

"I'm not great." She said to him. "And as per Draven's case, he's the second brightest wizard in our batch and I do have this hunch that he intentionally flunked Potions because he wanted to spend time with me alone and he knew that Professor Slughorn would pick me as his tutor."

"Why would you think of that?" He scrunched his forehead. "Failing a subject just to spend time with you... He is crazy in love, isn't he?"

"And I am crazily in love with him too as well." The bushy browned-haired girl said. "Well, what subject do you need some help with?"

"Oh, yeah. It's only Astronomy. Nothing major, I just needed a further explanation on some topics." Jasper said and gave his book to her. "Promise, I'll try to understand everything. I won't give you a hard time."

The Gryffindor just chuckled and nodded as she started to discuss the topic with him.

"Damn, alright. I think I've got it now. Wow, it's only that easy? Why does the school make it far worse?" Jasper picked up his book from Hermione, nodding. "You're a gem, Hermione. Thanks for this."

"Just tell me if you needed further explanations, I can quickly go over with it again." She offered.

"Nah, I think I'm good. Besides, you were always with Draven and I don't want to meddle your private moments together. I'm not a fan of third-wheeling." He laughed, then looked across the surroundings. "Why you aren't with Draven by the way?"

"We usually both wake up at 9 every Sunday, he would fetch me outside of the common room, having breakfast together at the hall and such. But I just wanted to study early today so that I won't be having a lot of things to do for this coming week." Hermione explained.

"Oh, that's reasonable. Weekends are the only days where you can rest and wake up late." Jasper mumbled. "I never thought I would see him so much full of life. From the time we both lost touch, Draco is way more... friendlier than him to be honest."
