Yes I'm aware I published the last chapter like less than 3 hours ago but I was working on both simultaneously and couldn't wait to publish this one too

Smiley POV:

Everything hurts.

I stare into the blackness, not wanting to open my eyes. I knew the light would sting them. I can barely move my body, I can wiggle my fingers and toes but that's about the extent of it. Everything hurts so much.

The throbbing comes on suddenly, my head feels like it's going to explode. I let out a groan of pain as the banging in my head increases.

"Nurse, I think he's awake"

That voice sounds familiar, could it really be her?

I open my eyes to see a nurse next to my bed. I look around and she's nowhere in sight. Maybe I imagined it.

The nurse finally speaks

"Nahoya Kawata, a civilian found you a called an ambulance. You were found in an alley with a blow to the head, broken bones and not mention broken ribs. While you were out we dealt with everything we could, now all's you can do is rest and heal"

That was a hell of a lot of information to take in in the space of 30 seconds

"How long have I been out?"

"4 days"

"Wait, what!?" I tensed my body up and I regretted it immediately, pain shot through every bone.

A lot can happen in four days, where is Y/N? Last thing I remember she was...getting on a bus? Is that right? God my head hurts to much to think right now

"Your friends stopped by about an hour ago but left to get lunch, one stuck around tho"

"Who?"

Just as I ask the question the door slams open. Is it her? Please tell me it's her, I need to see her agai-

Nope it's Souya

My heart sank, I really got my hopes up then. This is the second best option though. I sit up as best as I can as my blue haired brother walks quickly over to me and wraps his arms around me

"Ow, fuck, ow for the love of God, Souya" I say laughing. It hurt so much but I'm happy to see him again, for a while I genuinely didn't think I'd get out of that alley alive

He pulls away and I see tears streaming down his face. He had a smile on his face though, the widest smile I've seen him pull since they released the last season of Friends.

"Oi smiling is supposed to be my thing" I say, a wide smiling growing on my face as I said it

"I just missed you so much" he says, wiping his eyes and laughing.

I see my phone on the bedside table, I grab it and open it to see dozens of missed calls and texts. One stands out though, it's from y/n
