Courtney's POV•
Everything was coming together perfectly, the painters were done painting inside the building and also the storage room inside, but hadn't quite finished outside yet. I got the curtains and poles and Jeffrey insisted on helping me hang them, there were only two windows so that shouldn't be too hard. There were three tables inside, one starting from beside the door to end of that row and one window in front on it, the second table was on the other side of the door and was the same as the first with the second window in front of it while the last one was at the center of the room, it was long but not as long as the ones attached to the walls by both windows.
I planned on the center table being my sewing table with my machine and all my mannequins would be by the wall. Alright so to easily explain the shop, there are two long wall, attached tables at either sides of the wall right beside the door, the store room was opposite the entrance door and the mannequins were going beside the last wall since it was empty.
I walk to Jeffrey as he finished hanging up the curtains
"What do you think?" He asked while he stepped down
"Looks good" I smile
"I'm hungry" he said out of the blues
"Sophia should be back soon with the food" I checked my watch
"She should really hurry up, I'm dying" he sits up on the center table
"You're exaggerating" I roll my eyes
"I'm not. I can feel the worms eating wholes through my stomach, I can't take it anymore" he slouchs and whines while robbing his stomach, his slightly ruffled dirty blonde hair falling over his eyes and I just chuckled at him
"Hey I got the food" Sophia steps into the shop with two plastic bags in her hands
"Exactly why I love you so much!" Jeff jumps off the table and hurries to her, planting a kiss on her lips before taking both bags
"You're always hungry" she chuckled, walking over to him
"It's not easy hanging curtains you know" he digs through the bags
"You insisted" I reminded him and he just sticks his tongue out at me
"Let's just eat"

"And for today's big news, the Martinez would be celebrating another big event in a few days. They just finished their huge company project, the newly built hotel 'Crystals'. They would be holding a party to celebrate the opening in exactly four days from now. This will indeed be another huge party of the year, I am Susan Hall and this is channel 8 have a good day"
"They seem to love throwing parties" Sophia said, flicking through channels
"They have the money to" I shrugged
"What if Mrs Martinez askes you to sew a dress for her?" Sophia said
"She really shouldn't, I don't think I have that strength In me right now" I cuddle up on the couch
"Oh now you're tired of sewing" she rolled her eyes and again I threw a pillow at her
My phone started ringing beside me and I pick it up
"Mrs Gloria?" I picked up
"Hi Courtney, how are you?"
"I'm fine ma'am" why was she calling all of a sudden
"Please can you send me your house address?" She asked
My address??
"Um alright, I'll send it now"
"Thank you" she hangs up
"Send what?" Sophia asked
"Our house address, Mrs Gloria asked for it" I shrugged
"Any problem?"
"I'm have no idea" I type the address on to my phone and hit the send button and in a little while I received a 'Thank you'
Was she coming over?

"Hi Courtney" Mrs Gloria said with a smile
"It's a pleasure to have you here" she's actually in my house!
She enters and looks round
"You have a cute and cozy house" she smiled
"Thank you, please sit" I gestured at the chair and she sits down
"Would you like anything" I asked even though I knew I had absolutely nothing to offer her
"No not its fine. Um I wanted to ask if you'll be free to sew for me"
"Oh, yes of course. What would you like to sew?"
"Well it's for my brother in law's wedding and I wanted to sew something simple" she shrugged and handed me the material
I looked at it and then back at her
"When do you need it?"
"In two weeks"
"Alright I'll get it done" I gave her a reassuring smile
"Thank you. So there's something else, some of my friends asked me to recommend a designer for them cause I don't know if you've heard but MFE {Morgan's Fashion Empire} are having their fashion show in 3 months time and they need an outfit" she explained
"I'm Morgan Brandon's biggest fan, of course I know her fashion show's coming up. And about you friends, are they here in LA?" I asked her
"No they're not, although they're here in the United states but they're in Boston" i blink at her
"Boston? How am I suppose to sew for them?" All the way at Boston?
"They're flying in soon so you'll get to meet them" she said
"Oh. Alright then"
She gets up "I'll be on my way now"
"Alright I'll see you off"
