"If you drop me, I will show you what the definition of a cliff is." I threaten, my eyebrows almost reaching my hair line.

He made no signs of acknowledgment at my threat, instead waiting as he crouched on one knee, placing his hands on top on one another, in front of him.

Rewinding back a few moments; I kept my eyes on Hendrix's back as we hurriedly rushed through the hallways. My heels clicked quickly as we scurried towards some door, which he pushed open before I found myself in front of a window in an empty classroom.

I didn't get a change to question his tactics when he pushed the window open and hopped through. I heard him softly land on the other side and watched as he crouched, peeping past the corner.

He motioned it was clear and I followed in his footsteps, climbing out and pushing the window shut behind me.

I could make out the voice of Bentley as he spoke. I leaned over Hendrix, placing my hands on his shoulders to keep myself steady, as we watched from the corner, "I lost my biology books."

"You don't even have biology today!" Someone shouted amongst the crowd and I muffled my laughter as he sent a glare towards somewhere in the large crowd.

Bentley turned back towards the head teacher, opening his mouth to speak after he had noticed us in the corner of his eyes. On go, Hendrix stood up and zoomed past the open area like it was no big deal and somehow he had made it past without getting caught; Bentley distracting the teachers and head.

He crouched on the other side, behind the massive, long wall that half the student body was currently sitting upon. He angled his body towards me, looking past the end of the wall, .

I waited for his signal and as soon as it came, I lowered my head slightly and made a run for it as quietly as I could. My heals dug into the freshly cut grass as I ran and immediately fully crouched when I neared Hendrix's side.

We sat silently, unmoving as the head excused Bentley, allowing him to go and join the rest of the students. I heard some ruffling before seeing his head pop up on the wall as he sat beside Laken, all of their backs turned towards us.

Hendrix stood up, still low and made his way to behind the our friends. I followed behind him, making sure my head didn't pop up between the bodies and make myself visible.

Talking erupted as the head stood away for a minute, turning his back to all of us as he conversed with his staff.

Hendrix got down on one knee, raising his head to me and I genuinely thought he was about to propose and had the answer on the tip of my tongue when he held his hands out, one on top of the other; in a boost step.

"If you drop me, I will show you what the definition of a cliff is." I threaten, my eyebrows almost reaching my hair line.

He made no signs of acknowledgment at my threat instead crouching on one knee, waiting.
