62. 𝘚𝘏𝘌'𝘚 𝘏𝘌𝘙𝘌 𝘈𝘕𝘋 𝘚𝘏𝘌'𝘚 𝘒𝘐𝘊𝘒𝘐𝘕𝘎 𝘈𝘚𝘚

(My god this has been a long break, but I'm back to updating Falcon now. I will try my best to update both Falcon and Dynametika as consistently as I can but I can't really promise and upload schedule. Anyways it's nice to be back and I hope you enjoy the chapter.)

"Dabi.. From the league of villains..." Endeavor grunted, still being lifted up by my brother and I. "I heard you killed snatch.." He continued. Dabi looked bored, and puzzled. "Sna..? Who even was that.." He muttered to himself, but shook his head. "Doesn't matter. Now, let's talk a little shall we?" His smug smirk widened.

Endeavor tried to get up, but it was to no avail. "Endeavor sir! Please rest, I can handle this.." Hawks insisted, I raised an eyebrow. 'Not while you're plucked and featherless you can't..' I thought. "Oh give me a break! I just came here to get the Nomu.. I mean, there's no way I'd win against two top heroes covered in wounds!" His palms lit up, about to attack. I felt offended, why am I being ignored after going through all the trouble of coming here..

When I saw his fire start up, My instincts activated instantly. Most of my feathers had returned and were still intact, and I was the only one who had a fighting chance at the moment since the top two heroes were a little roughed up. And who am I kidding, I was itching for a rematch with the cocky bastard. He launched his flames towards them, but I used my wings as giant metal armour and protected the three of us.

Dabi had kinda forgotten I was there in the first place, too distracted by Endeavor to remember. "Brat.." He spat, launching at me. "Bitch.." I replied, tackling him to the ground with a quill in hand. I raised it over my head, ready to shove it into his stupid little throat. He in turn raised a fistfull of flame, and it looked like his plan was not any different from mine. "So you want a rematch huh?!" God his laugh is sick.

He tried to turn me into a filet mignon using his fire, but I jumped back before his flame could reach me. "You've gotten quicker haven't you. Don't think that will stop me from turning you to ash." He growled, sending another ball of inferno towards me. His attacks aren't that advanced. I can't believe he won in the forest, this is why staying rational is important. Still, the way that he attacks with no care, not even caring if he burns himself or his allies, is kind of intimidating.

I protected myself with my wings. Never in my life have I felt a sensation similar to the one his flames cause, it is terrifyingly hot, even when my wings are metalized. My feathers felt weird, I had to get away from his constant flame blasting before he melts them in their silver state as well...

Suddenly, a giant current of air blew past me, putting Dabi's flamethrower attack on pause. "Leave that poor girl alone and start messing with someone your age!" The husky voice of Miruko piped in. Oh my god. The Miruko. I'm not one to enjoy being saved but I won't complain if every girl's idol (Including mine) came to my rescue.

"I saw the news and hopped right over. You're a part of the league aren't you? I'll kick you in half!" She bellowed. She's amazing.. "Ugh... It was just starting to get fun." Dabi groaned. "Whatever. We will talk again number one. Now don't die, Enji Todoroki!" He yelled at Endeavor before turning his sick icy blue gaze to me, making me gulp. "And you.. We'll have a proper rematch someday.." He winked before a strange mud swallowed him whole, and he disappeared.

"Isn't that the stuff from the camp..?" Miruko asked, examining the air for any traces of it. "Doesn't matter. It's case closed for now.." Keigo sighed. "No, this is just the start." Endeavor muttered, I gave him a peculiar glance, and then shook my head. I felt a hand on my shoulder, and I almost pressed my quill against Miruko's neck from shock.

"Woah there, It's me. You okay kid? Sorry I took too long to get here but from the looks of it you handled that bastard pretty good. Nice job." She smirked. I let out a nervous laugh. "Thank you ma'am heh.. Don't even worry about it.." I smiled, Keigo rolled his eyes. "C'mon let's get outta here." He cleared his throat.
