I was so happy when Humaid told me he will be landing in Lagos from London.....it's almost a year and a half since I saw him. His late mom is ammi's elder sister....we literally grew up together in kaduna before his parents died, his father's brother then took custody of him and they went back to Abuja. I really can't wait to see him. I don't have much work today, Alot of things happened lately,the first thing is my wedding with ameerah has been fixed already.I went to kaduna last two weeks and talked to ammi about it. My dad's younger brother and some of ammi's elder brothers went to Ameerah's Abbu everything was fixed, the wedding will insha Allah take place in four months from now. Ameerah has resumed back to school and karima's wedding would be in just a month... they've been quite busy well.. girls and celebrations. I still remember the call we had when our wedding date was fixed....

"They came today.....she said

"Are you happy?

"Ofcourse I am but at the same time nervous...I felt like disappearing when Abbu called me and asked if I have approved of everything......
I laughed when she was telling me....

"It's really okay babe, all shall be well...I can't wait for this four months...

"Stop being eager captain, it will soon come and pass

"Yes insha Allah...Allah ya kaimu lafiya, Thank you much sweetheart

"Ameen habibi, it's okay

"So how's karima's wedding plans going?
I inquired

"Well, it's kind of hectic and school is not helping matters, their department especially, they are always having tests... medicine wahala..

"Every course has its own problems dear, keep studying hard and pray.... you'll succeed my darling engineer.....
She chuckled

"Insha Allah my lovely captain

"I love you so much baby..

"I love you too......

I informed Edward I'll pick my brother from the airport, Humaid told me it's a 6hours45minutes flight ,I calculated and saw it was just 30 minutes left....so I drove to the airport. After waiting for almost 45 minutes, I sighted Humaid exiting the airport building with his bags trailing behind, I quickly rushed to him and hugged him, we were all happy to see each other

"Bro it's been so long, how have you been? Welcome back home..

"I missed everything in Nigeria honestly, glad I'm back....

"I hope you will spend a lot of time before going back

"Yeah, I took a one year break

"Wow, we have time to do some catch ups then
We headed to the parking lot, entered my car and we drove off.

"Ya aikin airforce?he asked

"Heyy, your hausa sounds weird, I joked and we all laughed

"Well, it's not my fault, I barely speak it
I can't wait to see my little darling nasreen

"You will fight when she hears that word little, she is in ss2 now...

"Ahh nasreen yanzu tazama big girl

"Of course

"I called khaleel before I landed....

"Ohh why, I wanted to be the only person who knows you're back

"I've already told him.....

We continued conversing until we reached my apartment, femi was inside when we got in, I parked the car and instructed him to bring out humaid's luggage.

Later in the evening after refreshing up, we prayed and ate. We spent that whole night talking...I told him about alot of things that happened while he was away, I told him about Ameerah and he said he couldn't wait for the wedding in four months.

" Do you have any plan on getting married soon? I asked him

"Well, sincerely speaking I don't have, I don't even have a girlfriend talkless of getting married now....

"No,we have to find a girl for you, you will spend one year before going back to London...so you will go back with a wife...I told him

"Ahh bilaal I don't think I'm ready now,I mean it's not my priority now,even though mummy has been pressuring me to bring out a wife

"I'll even help her look for a decent girl like ameerah

"I can see you have deeply fallen into with ameerah

"You won't understand, she is one in a million

"I can't wait to see her then

"You will, very soon....

I called her and told her about Humaid, he collected the phone and they exchanged pleasantries.

                  

Humaid spent 3 days in Lagos and left for Abuja, he said he will spend two weeks in Abuja before going to kaduna. I took him to the airport and went back to the HQ. Thankfully, I have no serious operation coming, no gathering  nothing.
Ammi has been so happy ever since the wedding date was fixed, she has been planning things I don't know of. I told her everything would be sorted out once I go back. I planned that ammi and her two sisters would go to Dubai and buy all the things needed.

Almost everyone in the HQ knows my wedding date has been fixed, they all congratulated me.... Edward teased me saying I refused to marry one of their Lagos girls. Nevertheless he was also happy for me.

Well it's just four months to my wedding with ameerah yet I feel like something is about to happen.....I have no idea what it is but just I feel somehow
I just hope it turns out positive....
