Ace's POV:

It's Saturday morning. I did not sleep whole night, every time I tried to, Luke's face popped in my mind. I was definitely not in the proper senses since yesterday, after receiving trophy by the Trusty, I left for home. Josh and Liam also joined me.

When I reached home, mom and dad were waiting for me in the living room. As soon as dad saw me, he started asking me about the match. I didn't answered any of his questions. I just straight away went to my room. After that no one came to my room, I was glad for that, as I didn't want to talk to anyone.

I was sitting on my bed with eyes closed, when I heard knock on my door. I didn't respond. After a while I heard dad's voice.

"Ace, I know you are up" Dad said.

He came in, and sat beside me on the bed. He was quite for a while.

"Ace, I know what happened yesterday" he said. Josh and Liam must have told everything.

"I know you won't do anything like this ever, and I trust you" he continued.

"But Luke thinks I did all this" I said with sad and groggy voice, all those held tears started falling.

"No he is just upset with whatever happened with him yesterday, he's not in his right senses, he has missed the one thing he was working hard since last few weeks" dad said hugging me.

"Don't worry, it is all an misunderstanding, we will visit Luke today, and have a word with him, I am sure after listening to elders, he'll understand" Dad said referring to Uncle James and himself.

I didn't say anything, I just want my brother back.

It's 5 pm and we are on our way to Luke's house. I am very scared to see he's reaction after seeing me at his house. I won't be able to take he's harsh comments. I hope everything will fall back to normal soon.

We reached around 5:30 pm at Luke's house. Aunt Jade opened the door and let us in. Everyone was sitting in the living room except Luke. I was wondering where is he.

"How is Luke now?" My dad asked Uncle.

"He is still very upset about yesterday" Uncle responded.

"We can understand" Mom said looking towards Uncle and Aunt.

I could see, everyone was tensed and upset and I am not liking this. I want my happy family back.

"Whatever happened yesterday was very wrong and saddening" Uncle said.

"Yes, indeed" Dad agreed.

"Luke thinks that Ace is responsible for all this" Dad said.

"And we are here today to talk with Luke in this regards, you also know that Ace won't do anything like this ever with anyone forget about his brother" Dad continued. Uncle and Aunt were listening keenly.

"But everything is pointing towards Ace" Uncle said.

I was shocked to hear that, so now even Uncle thinks I have done all this. I could see even Mom and Dad were shocked.

"You mean to say you believe, Ace could do this?" Dad asked Uncle. He was silent.

"That is saddening, I thought we elders could talk with boys and solve this issue in a matured way" Dad said disappointed.

"That's not what he meant to say" Aunt started saying but was cut in between by my Mom.

"That's okay, we know exactly what you all meant" Mom said.

"The only thing I know is, I trust my son with my life and I know he has done nothing wrong, whatever evidences you see are all crafted against him, it's a clear trap" Dad said with firm voice.

"Who would trap him and why?" Luke said entering the living room.

"Whatever happened it only resulted for my loss, his life is not affected at all" Luke continued pointing finger towards me.

"I have suffered the biggest loss bro, your trust, our happy family, our unity" I said looking at him.

"You should have thought about this before executing your shameful plan" he said with anger.

"I haven't done anything" I said frustrated.

"Yes you have" he shouted.

"You never liked anyone praising me, you didn't liked that suddenly I was receiving all attention in college, you were jealous" he continued.

"But still I never ever thought that you could sink so low" he said with high pitch with almost hyperventilating.

Everyone got up from there seats, Uncle rushed to Luke to calm him down.

"You all must leave now" Uncle said still calming Luke.

"Yes, that will be good" Aunt said with teary eyes.

With sad faces we all left their house and returned home. The trip was unfruitful, it only made deeper cracks within our family.

The only solution is to find out who is behind all this.

Thank you!😊
