Part 7: Tutor

Ace's POV:

I was finally up as my alarm kept buzzing beside my bed. I turned the alarm off and saw it is 7:10 am, got up and ran for the shower. Once all ready I took my bag and went down, straight to the kitchen. No ones in the kitchen, I usually get greeted by my mom in here, preparing yummy breakfast. I think everyone's still disturbed by yesterday's drama including myself, all thanks to my uncle. I just went for the orange juice can and protein bar.

Finally out, took my mclaren and headed straight to college. Once inside the college campus I could see Liam and Josh waiting at our parking lot, I parked my car and went to them.

"Hey man, what's up?" Liam asked.

"Yeah, I could see you are tensed and in dull mood the moment you stepped out of your car" Josh asked concerned.

"Yeah, family drama, everyone's disturbed at home" I said entering the college. I told them what happened.

"Don't worry dude everything will be fine" Josh tried to cheer me.

I just nodded and stopped once we reached our locker, I took my first period books heading towards our classroom. Liam and Josh followed behind.

We are now sitting in the canteen munching on our lunch.

"God, the last period was terrible, the surprise chemistry test was way too much, I couldn't able to crack those chemical reactions" Liam said frustrated.

"Yeah, I agree" Josh joined in.

No guesses I was zoned out in all lectures today, but in last period I was able to crack those chemical reactions, as I am good in chemistry.

As we all were chitchatting, my gaze fall on table beside us where sat Luke with his group of friends. I could see he was in the same state as I am, deep in his thoughts.

"Come on dude, after practical's we have to do extra two hours football match practice, so cheer up, we all know how much you love football" Josh said looking at me, trying to cheer me up, which helped, I love playing football a lot, it always takes my mind away from all worries and tensions for a while.

"Yeah bro, thanks" I said smiling.

I was getting late for my practical's, as three of us were in different practical batch, we got separated and currently I was at my locker taking out my practical journal, I was so zoned out that I forgot to take my journal and other practical essentials from the locker before lunch, we usually take it before lunch and right away went to practical's after having lunch, as lunch time is of 30 min only, we have to use it efficiently, Liam and Josh had already took there journals and other related stuff before lunch and went to there respective practical labs straight away.

Our practical labs are at third and fourth floors while our lockers at ground floor and classrooms distributed on first and second floors and canteen with recreation zone at another building right beside our college building, I was currently at ground floor and headed straight to lab at fourth floor by climbing stairs so fast, that I did not saw someone in front of me, who was also in hurry climbing down the stairs, we collided, our journals flew in the air falling few steps ahead of me and I saw, that the girl almost tripped and about to fall backwards, I went ahead and grabbed her from her waist and we came face to face and that time I saw the girl in my arms is none other but Ava.

Her eyes were shut due to sudden collision, she slowly started opening her eyes and we stared at each other for few seconds, she's so beautiful she definitely has mesmerising eyes, that could leave you in awe. As we came back to our senses, we hesitantly separated, I went ahead and grabbed our journals giving hers and keeping mine in my hand firmly.
