Chapter 20: Would you do it?

General POV.

The crew or at least what was left of it.

Was in longboats driving towards Tia Dalma's hut.

Everything was light up. Candles floating everywhere.

To mourn for Jack.

Rose hadn't talked in days.

Elizabeth and Will weren't really on speaking terms the tension was horrible.

Elizabeth had the guild of taken away Rose her love and throwing Jack into a destiny.

Will saw what Elizabeth did and thought she was deeply in Love with Jack.

The crew was also mourning Jack. And tried to comfort Rose.

She didn't want anyone to ask her how she was doing.

She did on the other hand comfort the others. She had been hugging and softly talking with Gibbs. But not much as soon as people asked how she was doing she would just smile and walk off.

As soon as the crew came towards Tia Dalma's hut the candles were being held by people and they walked after the two longboats.

Everyone climbed up towards Tia Dalma's hut and sat down.

Will was throwing his father's knife into the table again and again.

Rose was curled up into a corner on a big chair.

Elizabeth was biting her nails and looking outside.

Tia Dalma came into the room with cups of drinks.

She came to Elizabeth first.

She shook her head.

'It's against the cold. And the sorrow.' Tia Dalma said softly offering her.

She then took the cup.

Tia walked towards Will. and kneeled before him.

'It's a shame.

I know you're thinking that with the Pearl you could have captured the devil and set free your father's soul.' She said

Will took a cup.

'Doesn't matter now' Will said looking forward.

'the Pearl is gone, along with its captain.'

'Aye.' Gibbs said.

'And already the world seems a bit less bright.

He fooled us all right till the end, but I guess that honest streak finally won out.' Gibbs said.

Tia Dalma walked towards Rose.

And kneeled in front of her.

'Love you were already carrying the burden of 10.000 people. But now you also have an broken heart. And those are the hardest to heal.' Tia handed Ana Maria the cup for Rosemary.

And Tia Dalma brushed Rose her hand.

Rose looked up into Tia Dalma her eyes.

Her eyes were dark and red because of the crying and the emptiness she felt.

'To Jack Sparrow' Gibbs said lifting his cup.

'Never another like Captain Jack.' Ragetti said raising his cup to.

'He was an gentleman of fortune, he was' Pintel added.

'He was a good man.' Elizabeth said raising her cup.

Will looked at his cup and didn't say anything and they all drank from their cup.

Will then looked at Elizabeth who was sitting looking at her cup.

But then he turned towards Rose kneeling in front of her.

'If there was anything could be done to bring him back...' Will said stroking Rose her cheek.

All of a sudden Tia Dalma stood next to them.

'Would you do it? Hmm?' She asked Will.

'What would you.. hmm?' She asked looking at Elizabeth.

'What would you?' She asked the crew.

And then she turned towards Rose.

'Would you?'

Rose looked up.

She cleared her throat.

'I would do anything.' Rose said her voice cracking from not speaking.

'Would you sail to the ends of the Earth and beyond to fetch back witty Jack and him precious Pearl?' Tia Dalma asked.

'Aye' Gibbs said.

And so the crew followed agreeing they would all laying their hands on Rose her shoulders.

Elizabeth just nodded. And Will did so to.

'All right' Tia Dalma said.

Rose stood up walking towards her.

'Are you really saying we could get Jack back?' Rose asked her voice cracking again.

Tia Dalma smiled and looked her in the eyes.

'Your eyes are getting their color back.'

'Yes. But if you go and brave the weird and haunted shores at world's end...' She said looking into Rose her eyes.

'Then you will need a captain who knows those waters. ' Tia Dalma said.

'I will sail under anyone' Rose said looking Tia Dalma straight into her eyes.

'I'm glad you see that' Tia Dalma said.

And they heard footsteps on the stairs coming down.

Everyone stood behind Rose awaiting who came down.

Barbossa came around the corner.

'So tell me, what's become of my ship?' He said eating an apple.

Rose her mouth fell wide open. And she wanted to flew him on.

'I would try to be friends with me Miss Rivers.

If you still would like to become Mrs. Sparrow' he said smirking. And then he laughed.
