The minute you get even the slightest sense that someone is stalking you, Sherlock is all over it. He will be your personal detective, and work out who it is and what their intentions are. He'd make sure he shuts their actions down fast to stop you feeling so uncomfortable.

Though he tries, he can't work out who's stalking you, so he makes Sherlock help him. If he has to drag him along next to him, he will get Sherlock to help him find out who it is. From that, John will make sure they stop.
MORIARTY

When he finds your stalker, he's going to have some fun. He sends his men out to find who it is, and then takes your place somewhere he knows the stalker may try to approach you. When they do, they get a shock when Jim presents himself. He knows he's not in any danger at all - he has his snipers on standby.

He goes about tracking them legally, and then assures he catches them doing something illegal red handed so that they definitely get locked up. He then also helps you get a restraining order so that if they ever do get out of prison, they are not allowed to have anything to do with you, or come anywhere near you.

Oh he already knows. He could tell before you even came to tell him of your suspicions, and he already has a few workers out searching into who and why they are tracking you. You feel more at ease knowing he has the situation under control.
