Taking drugs to solve a case. It's scary when he does this because it seems he'll do anything to solve a case and prove his smarts. He has promised to stop taking them though, and you are in the process of helping him find something else that helps his brilliant mind think.

Keeping his feelings bottled up. He has always done it, and results in him hurting about small things for a long time because he doesn't talk them out. Sometimes he doesn't even tell his therapist these things, but he's working on opening up more. To help him, everyday you ask him how his day has gone, and hope that if there is a problem he will tell you.

Chewing too much gum. Chewing too much can wear away your enamel and cause other issues. Okay it's not a particularly intense habit, but still it's a habit he could cut down at least a bit.

Smoking. It's a very damaging habit that you wish he would break. He smokes more often when he's upset about something, which worries you a lot. Instead of smoking to soothe his problems, you wish he would just talk to you.

Ordering everyone around... including you sometimes. He does it without realising, but that doesn't make it any less annoying. He should ask instead or at least remember his manners and say please and thank you.
