You know way more about the stars and space that Sherlock does, so for once, he keeps silent and listens to you explain different formations and shapes. He actually really enjoys listening to you talk about things he doesn't care to understand - you love that you know it and he doesn't, so you get more passionate about it.

You take a blanket and some food, and lay on the grass to wait for the stars to shine through the dim mist of London air. You're taken by awe when they do peek through the dark folds of the night, and John is fascinated by your fascination. He ends up watching you more than he does the night sky, and you don't even notice.

You go to a park late at night and sit on the swings, lightly swinging yourself in the cool air. Jim surprisingly knows lot about stars, so you spend the evening listening to him explain their formations and watching as they wink down from the heavens.

Greg wanted to be a lot of things when he was younger, and one of them was an astronaut. He is fascinated by space and the sky, so when you offered to go star gazing with him, he agreed quickly. While you gazed at the stars, his focus found the moon, and all of his childhood dreams flooded back. He cried, and you let him wipe his tears without mentioning it.

Wrapped up in big coats, you go to a field and sit on one of the few benches.. The moon peaks over the horizon like a massive, white balloon, and stars shoot around it. Your necks ache from staring up at it for so long, but you wouldn't change it for anything - the night was beautiful and you can't wait to do it again.
