He appears deep in thought, his eyes fixed on your pursuer. It's very easy for him to get jealous, and he does frequently. His first line of defence is to embarrass them, reading them like a book and stating his most embarrassing deductions about them. He will also show you more public affection, wrapping his arm around your waist and kissing you lovingly to almost "mark his territory" - especially in front of your pursuer. If this doesn't cause him to back off Sherlock will confront him directly, not afraid to threaten them if they refuse.
JOHN

John will make some veiled but cutting remarks about your pursuer, watching you intently as the man gets closer to you. He trusts you, but he has not an ounce of trust towards the man who is after you. If he gets too worried he will confront the man and tell him to back off, and then make sure he doesn't spend much time with you - especially time with you spent alone.
MORIARTY

His childish/ playful streak will completely vanish when he sees another man going after his love. He will threaten them, subtly hinting at his reach over London and his mob of criminals supporting him. When the man promises to leave you alone and backs away in fear, the playful streak will return - that's when you should brace yourself because he will kiss you hard and run his hands over you to remind you that you are his.
LESTRADE

He will try to shake away his jealousy. he trusts you, and so he doesn't see why he should be worried. But as his feelings grow, he will allow his anger at the man to rise like heat, causing him to threaten the man to back off from you. He will apologise to you later for shouting and will assure you that he trusts you. But he will also open up about his feelings and ask for you to comfort him and reassure him for the rest of the night.
MYCROFT

He will brood for a while, while an unknown feeling bubbles deep inside. He allows it to brew, his emotions boiling as he desperately tries to work out what exactly it is that he is feeling. When he finally comes to the conclusion that he is jealous, he would talk to you about it, trusting that you know how to make it better. You make it your mission to show extra affection to him in the presence of your purser - Mycroft appreciates this a lot, and soon enough he feels better.
