combining chapters

From an earlier notice I said I might combine the chapter parts into one but I forgot that I'd only really combine the chapters if it was completed.

So I thought it'd be a bit pointless unless the series was finished (also because the chapter parts are easier to write than full chapters in one go).

So I'll just be combining chapters if it's finished.
