Kim Hyejoo was the eighth and final member added into the lineup for BTS. She joined Bighit back in 2010, and originally joined to become a model.
Her positions in the group are as followed: Maknae, Main Dancer, Sub Rapper. When in the talks about debut, she was also supposed to be casted as the visual, but later down the line the role was given to Seokjin.
She was born in Busan, South Korea, but at six years old her family moved to Houstan, Texas. She later moved back to Korea once she passed the audition.
Her biggest inspirations are 2NE1 and Girls Generation. She placed third in her middle schools talent show back in 2009 with the song Gee.
