An awkward silence filled the air which made (Y/N) increasingly uncomfortable.
Endeavor's last words were; "I was very impressed with your performance at the Sports Festival, and I can see you have improved greatly since then." There was a slight pause and (Y/N) found herself listening intently. "I hope next time I give you an offer, you won't take it for granted." And with that, he left.
(Y/N) replayed that scene over and over and over in her head as she walked home. She didn't exactly know how to respond to it.
Thankfully, she didn't need to delve into it for too long as a buzz from her phone caught her attention, followed by a series of buzzes. Her brows furrowed as she fished for her phone in her bag before pulling it out. She found that she had been added to a group chat full of unknown numbers.
