Its been a couple of days from Christmas and it's now new years eve. I haven't been out of my room since the incident. I feel guilty even though I know it wasn't my fault. Everyone keeps telling me that it's not my fault yada yada but something is just not letting it go.
" Jordan, it's new years eve. There's gonna be a party in sway and we are all going" josh said standing in front of my bed. I'm currently watching shameless and eating taco bell.
" We? Who's we? I'm staying here. I don't have the energy to go. Tell everyone I said happy new years." I said looking at him hoping he would go away now. He stood there for a couple more seconds until he walked away shaking his head. Seconds later someone else walked in,
"C'mon jor, you need to go out" nessa said.
" Oh my god your right! I love you so much! Ugh you made me realize I should! " I said looking at her sarcastically. She sighed and walked away. Seconds later someone else walked in,
" Jordan you can't hide in here forever" Jaden said walking in with his hands crossed,
" Why did they think bringing you in would change my mind? Nothing is gonna change it. Now, If there isn't anything else you wanna talk about then the doors right there. Thank you" I said smiling at him and pressing play on my screen. Someone else walked in minutes later,
" I'm not going if that's what your here for" I said as the person walked in. I didn't even bother looking up,
" Uh I don-i don't know what your talking about" I heard a guys voice say. I looked up to see a guy I've seen before at the hype house,
" Oh I'm sorry I thought you were one of the guys, my bad. But hi, I'm Jordan nice to meet you" I said getting up from my rats nest,
" Christian, Christian Plourde, nice to meet you" he said as he shook my hand. I smiled at him and walked back to my bed,
" So, how can I help you?" I asked as I threw my trash away,
" Um ok so what I'm about to say can you please keep it on the low. It's still not public" he said laughing nervously. I looked at him confused but agreed,
" So me and mads have uh... Situationship and uh we well, her family has been wanting to talk to you... About the incident and mads..." He said looking at me trying to read my reaction. I stood there for some seconds thinking of what I should say. I smiled at him,
" Sure, where should we meet and what time?" I said as I started doing my bed,
" Thank God this went better than I thought" We both laughed, " Is it fine if you can meet them at the hospital in like a hour? There leaving in a bit to go home and spend new years over there and wanna talk as soon as possible" he said looking at me nervously,
" Uh ok sure. Can you please send me the address and I'll be there in a bit. Ask one of the guys or girls for my number. Tell them I told you" I said smiling at him. He nodded his head,
" It was nice meeting you Christian and congrats on ur... Situationship" I said shaking his hand again,
" Thank you Jordan, nice meeting you too" he said letting go of my hand, " bye and thank you for going",
" Of course, bye" I said as he walked out of the door. I sighed and walked into my closet. I really didn't wanna go. I'm seriously debating whether I should cancel but... I also really wanna see her. I know we might have had out differences but she didn't deserve what happened, no one deserves that,
I walked into my closet and picked out an outfit and changed. Did my makeup and fixed myself looking a little more presentable at least. My eye bags are still really visible though.

I got all my shit together and walked downstairs. Everyone was sitting in the living room watching something on the tv. I'm to concentrated on not letting them see me to see what there watching,
" Jordan?" I heard someone say. Shit.
" Jordan! We're are you going!?" I heard someone say getting close to me. I ran to the door but before grabbing the pen that was on the table. I ran as fast as I could to the door and ran to my car.
I made it 10 minutes later and parked. I went up to the lady in the front and asked for her room number. It was on the last floor. I made it to the room and waited for a second to walk in. I'm kinda really nervous. What if they blame it on me? They most likely will.
" Jordan" I heard someone say my name. I looked up to see Riley Lewis, mads sister at the door. She looked kinda concerned, " U alright, come in. Hi, how are you?" She said as she opened the door more for me to walk in,
" Oh uh thank you and I'm ok, how are you and your family" I said as I walked in,
" They actually just left. We are about to miss our flight. They went to go pack out bags so we could head there straight away. I stayed here because it was already to late to tell u not to come" she said as she sat on the chair next to mads,
She was connected to hella shit. She looked pale as fuck. The only thing movie that proved she was breathing was her chest,
" Oh, do you want me to leave? We could just talk on the phone when you guys arrive home" I said because not gonna lie I am a little uncomfortable,
" No no, that's the thing. Everyone is going out. All her friends are. My parents don't let Anna come because she's been here since the incident and they wanted her to have fun. That's what I wanted to talk to you about" Riley said laughing nervously. I smiled at he. And nodded for her to continue,
" So uh we don't really have no one to watch mads. The nurses can't and the doctors want someone here with her and all her friends r out of town or partying. Now, I know you and mads have... A lot of differences and what I'm trying to say is, can you please watch her? We'll pay you?" She said looking at me nervously. I smiled at her and nodded my head.
Yes, I just did that.
I know I'm gonna regret this but might as well since I'm not tryna go out with the group,
"Thank you so much Jordan, i know this might be hard since y'all had your differences but thank you so so so much." She said as she came and hugged me tight. I laughed a little and hugged her back,
" Of course, have a safe trip. I'll be here if anything happens, I'll let you know" I said letting go. She nods and thanks me one more time before leaving.
