Apollo pov.

The next few weeks were rough. Living in a van with five other guys isn't as cool as it sounds.

It's almost always too hot, we all smell, we all snore. We're All tired.

I got the back row beside Johnny so that's fun. I've started to become more close with him. During the night if we can't sleep we'll just tell eachother stories from before we moved.

He's a really cool guy.

------

I stand in the public bathroom brushing my teeth in just my boxers and a pair of jeans. Johnny, Vic and Leo all beside me doing the same thing.

Ricky walks out of the only stall and let's Dylan in with a smile

He walks in but stops when he sees the practically empty toilet roll. He shows Ricky annoyed but he just waves him off.

I grab a roll from cabinet under the sink I broke into with my Hammer and chuck him the last toilet roll.

"your a lifesaver, Pollo. A fucking lifesaver" he catches it and locks the door behind him.

I look at Johnny through the Mirror, he just grins and keeps brushing his teeth.

-----

I lay half asleep in the front of the van when Ricky starts complaining about some shit.

"oh, no. Not again" he groans and climbs out annoyed.

He goes over to the sign telling us when we're allowed to park here holding the parking ticket.

"you've gotta be joking"

"Tuesday only? What happens on Tuesday?" he reads the multiple signs in confusion.

"Ricky. Please, it's 7 o'clock in the morning. let us sleep." I say through the open window. He ignores me and keeps reading the signs.

"I don't think he cares" Johnny speaks up from the seat behind me.

"morning, man" I greet still in dream mode.

"hey" he smiles and pats my shoulder. Ricky climbs back in frustrated.

"absolute extortion. This fucking contry" he hands me the ticket but I just throw it back.

"don't give it to me" I yawn.

"you fucking pay it. You pay it. You pay it"

He passes it to Johnny who passes it to me and soon its an endless circle which ends in me scrunching it in a ball and chucking it out the window and perfectly in a bin.

"score for Apollo!" I hold my hand back for Johnny who slaps it with a chuckle. "now. Let me sleep"

------

I Stand in the street with Johnny passing out Flyers.

We stick them on lamposts and shop windows but spend most of our times joking around.

He waves the flyers in my face which tickles my nose making me sneeze.

"aww " he smiles as I wipe my nose with my hoodie sleeve.

"what?"

"you sneeze like a kitten" he grins. I push him away slightly with a laugh.

"fuck off"

"it's not a bad things. It's kind of cute" I blush and cover my face with the flyers.

"stop it"

"Mr. Doctor Man questions his hands
Lost his mind but he's clinically fine
But he found a way to cope, needle in his throat
Falling down but his world is spinning 'round and 'round, he knows
Up, down, but the world keeps spinning 'round and 'round
I see this place ain't big enough for me
I want you to take me away-way-way, baby
Up, down, but the world keeps spinning 'round and 'round
I see this place ain't big enough for me
I want you to take me away-way-way
What you want to say?
Chemically, it's running through my veins, you see?
A romance of the plastic scenes, I can't see you breathe
They're coming after me
Honestly, it's running through my veins, you see
I don't need their surgeries, I just want to be
They're coming after me
There's a little story I'd like to tell
About this little boy who came from Hell
Sit right there and listen real good
I'll tell you all the ways he's misunderstood
Well I see you standing there
With that ol' wicked stare
Just stay for the show
Are you ready now, are you ready to go?
Chemically, it's running through my veins, you see?
A romance of the plastic scenes, I can't see you breathe
They're coming after me
Honestly, it's running through my veins, you see
I don't need their surgeries, I just want to be
They're coming after me
Mr. Doctor Man questions his hands
Lost his mind, clinically fine
He found a way to cope, needle in his throat
Falling down but his world is spinning 'round
I'm stuck in the boom boom room
People are dancing after their operations
I want you to move
But nobody's moving after their medications
I can hear the room
People are dancing after their operations
I want you to move
But nobody's moving at all
Chemically, it's running through my veins, you see?
A romance of the plastic scenes, I can't see you breathe
They're coming after me
Honestly, it's running through my veins, you see
I don't need their surgeries, I just want to be
They're coming after me
Oh no
They're coming after me
Oh no
They're coming after me"

We just finished cleaning up for our latest gig while Ricky informs us about the money situation.

"Brilliant show, guys. Yeah, brilliant show. Um. It turns out
that the promoter's expenses for this palace are $300 more than we took in the door. Which means that we're, um, we're actually going to get nothing here. Okay? And also, after we've turned in the ticket money to The Whisky and paid the insurance on the fucking van, we're going to end up completely broke. "

We all either sigh or groan at the words.

"right. what labels are coming to see us, Ricky?" Dylan asks.

" labels. Huh. Well, Um..." he trails off.

"the shows in two days!" Leo reminds him loudly as I lay with my head on his legs playing with my guitar pick.

"yeah. I know. I know"

"hey, Lily, can we go to your place amd crash, maybe take a shower?" Johnny asks politely.

"it's about time you smelly fucks asked"
