Five Months Later

"I'm planning another trip South Korea soon." Ana heard Cristina say on the screen. "Hopefully this time I can stay more time." She said.

"I hope." Ana said.

"So, any news on the mystery book guy?" Cristina asked.

"He stopped. I told you this already. He returned my book and that was it. I think he hated the book. Which is good. If he didn't like the book, I probably wouldn't have like him." Ana said, shrugging. Ever since she found out about who he was, she has been avoiding talking about the subject with Cristina. She has successfully avoided telling Cristina about it, and to her relief, Cristina has not suspected anything.

"You are right." Cristina said. "He wasn't worth it." She said.

"You are right about that." Ana said. She arrived at her building and saw a black SUV parked in front of it. She stopped before reaching the building. "Hey, I gotta go, I'm getting a call from my boss. I'm working on this new project for the school, and we are finishing the final touches. Talk to you later." Ana said.

"Okay, talk to you later." Cristina said and hanged up. Ana put her phone back on her purse and started to walk again. The back door of the SUV opened and the tall figure of Namjoon came out. He was wearing gray sweatpants and a gray sweatshirt. He looked at her and smiled, showing his full dimples. Ana walked over to him.

"Hi." She said, smiling. He smiled and leaned down, kissing her lips.

"Hi." He said, looking at her.

"Is it Friday already?" She asked, joking. He laughed. He wrapped an arm around her shoulders, picked his overnight bag from the back of the SUV and walked inside. Ever since the coffee date after she discovered his identity, they have grown closer. Every Saturday, they would meet at the coffee shop and have a coffee date. Sometimes, they would spend the whole day together. After three months at it, they realized they had a lot of things in common and decided to formalize things. They have been going on dates whenever he was free, and his agenda permitted. He would usually come to her and stay for the day or overnight at haraboji. The last couple of weeks, he has stayed more at her place than haraboji. Ana didn't mind it. They already closed the only barrier that stood between them, sex. Whenever he couldn't come visit her, they would text or video call. She wasn't upset when he couldn't make it, she knew it wasn't his fault. They decided not to tell Big Hit yet, given the thought that they didn't know where this would go or if it would last. She, on her part, has kept the secret between them both, and haraboji. She unlocked the door of her apartment, and they walked inside.

"So, I've been thinking." He started to say. He sounded serious.

"You have a train of thought?" She joked. Ana walked to the kitchenette and opened her fridge. She was looking for something she could cook for both of them.

"Funny. Let me remind you, I have an IQ of 148." He said. She looked at him and laughed. She turned back to the fridge. He walked behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist. He kissed the top of her head. "I think I want you to meet the guys. I am ready." She froze. "But only if you are ready of course." He said, reassuring her.

"Don't you have to tell the company about me before I meet them?" She said, turning around in his arms. "I like this little secret." She said, caressing his cheek.

"I don't want to keep sneaking around. I want you to be able to come to my shows and meet the guys." He looked down at the floor. Ana lifted his face.

"Hey, we said we were going to do it whenever you want it. If you feel it is time and you are ready, then let's do it. What's the worst that could happen?" She asked him. "You already told me what to expect." Ana said, shrugging. "Me signing an NDA is not going to be end of the world." She said. "If you think you are ready to introduce me to the guys, then let's go for it." She said. "If you feel ready to introduce me to them, then I'll meet them." She said. "They are your brothers after all." She said reassuringly. He placed his forehead on hers and closed his eyes.
