Hmmm..

Suddenly, something hit Meta Knight. It seemingly came from the trees but when they looked up, they saw they were in a clearing. " How strange.." Galacta Knight whispered, picking it up. It was a silver egg, it wasn't hollow and it had Meta Knight's logo engraved into it. "How cute." Meta Knight chuckled, holding it in his gloved hand.

"Who said that?" Galacta Knight drew his lance, in an intimidating manor.

It's just me, the narrator.

"Did you throw that? Morpho Knight questioned.

Well, duh. There's nobody around. Why, you want some as well?

"Really? That'll make this easier!" Kirby quivered with excitement.

Sure, here.

More eggs toppled from nowhere. Gold and bronze. "I like the look of this one." Morpho Knight said, looking at a gleaming bronze egg.
"I'll take a gold one." Galacta Knight smiled, picking up an egg.
Oddly enough, all the eggs were practically marked with their names, along with something that represented them. For Morpho Knight, there was a butterfly on his and for Galacta Knight, there was a small drawing of his lance.
"What about me..?" Kirby whined.

Oh, sorry.
Another egg came tumbling from the heavens and Kirby picked it up, it was another bronze one. Again, it had his name on it and a small picture of a watermelon.
"Thank you~!" He cheered.

No problem, you were struggling a bit there so thought I'd step in.
Anyway, go take them to the castle and get 'chu a good prize or two.
Hehe, that rhymes~

Filled with optimism, the group raced over to the castle. While walking through the castle, they came across Sword and Blade, also having no luck with the egg hunt. Oddly enough, they were with Dark Meta Knight. "Hey Meta Knight, we've had no luck with this at all." Sword admitted.
"We've been searching ages..." Blade muttered.
"We know someone who can help!" Kirby smirked.

Hey, I helped you because you're the main characters! I never consented to helping anyone else!

"But..but.." Kirby cried.
"Is that why there are different types of eggs, and why we got more deluxe eggs?" Meta Knight had caught on.

Shit. Uh...fine. I'll help this once! Don't you dare guilt trip me again.!

Confidently, Galacta Knight looked near the mirror and found 2 bronze eggs. There, happy?
Handing them over to the knaves, Galacta Knight offered that they come with them to the throne room to get prizes, and they were heading that way anyway. "Ooh, what eggs did you guys get?" Blade asked.
Showing the eggs they had collected, they noticed how Meta Knight's was very customised and were wondering why.
"We don't actually know. We just found them like this." (Y/n) confessed.
"I hope so, Becca would probably flip if she found out you damaged real silver, bronze and gold." Sword shuddered, he didn't want to see her mad.

In the throne room.

"I know you're tampering with the eggs, aren't you?" Becca asked, irritatedly.
Well, that's why I included specific eggs, so our main characters would get good stuff. Also, I helped them a bit so..
"What?! You helped them? That's not the point of an egg hunt!" Becca snarled, annoyed at my interference.
Well, look outside! It's sunset! They'd have given up if I hadn't have intervened. Besides, BECCA this is my story.

Anyway, back to the Knights, (Y/n) and Kirby.

"How come I didn't get one?" Dark Meta Knight groaned.
Want an egg?
"Of course you dozy fucker." He insulted.
Just then, a raw egg came out of nowhere and smashed on to Dark Meta Knight's armour. Anger had devoured him by this point.

I'm sorry, buddy. I don't appreciate being insulted. Just know I could kill you off any second.

Shivering, he apologised. He told the others to go ahead as he cleaned himself off.

No, I got this. Give me a second...I shouldn't have been so harsh.

Then, all of the egg on his armour had disappeared without a trace.
"Yeah, I'm sorry too." He apologised, sincerely.
Good, glad you're learning. Take this and go gets' yoursen a good prize.

At once, a bronze egg tumbled from behind the mirror.
"Was that always there or..?" He asked.
No, I moved it from its original spot. Catch up with the others then.
Rushing forward, he caught up with the others with the egg in his left hand.
"I see she was generous enough to give you one as well, huh." (Y/n) stated.
"Yeah, I..uh apologised." Dark Meta Knight shyly confessed. He was usually incredibly rude, but for once he was polite and owned up to his mistake.
