My heart pounds in my ears in the darkness. Is this like where he held her? Was she in a room like this fearing for her life while I sat drinking whiskey in Scars?
"Wake up!" Fe growls as she slaps Lipizi across his face. I didn't want her in here. I didn't want her to have any part in this and I definitely didn't want him to ever see her again, but I'm whipped and she knows it.
"Come on asshole I took more than this from you and never blacked out." Fe smirks, making my hand twitch on the gun I'm holding. I never want to hear about, or see, Fe hurting ever again.
I lean against the cold concrete wall as I watch Fe and her dad torture Lipizi. Fe tried to argue, but in the end we agreed they would get their pound of flesh, but I end him, for Billy. Like I wanted to when I was seventeen, but wasn't able to.
"Fuck that's cold." Fe giggles when Bert pours a bucket of ice water over Lipizi and it splashes them both, bringing a smile to my lips. Yeah it's all kinds of fucked up I'm enjoying watching my old lady and my father in law torture some one, but we're all kinds of fucked up anyway, and I wouldn't want us any other way. Yeah I wish Billy was here, raising hell together, or watching him conquer the world with his smarts, but then maybe I wouldn't have Fe, and I'd know he'd be happy for us. He'd be proud of me, maybe not for how I got here, but for the family I have now, the life I live.
"Tommy?" Fe asks from beside me, pulling me from my thoughts
"What are you thinking about?" She asks quietly
"Billy would be happy for us." I smile as I wrap my arm over her shoulders and pull her against me
"He would." She smiles "This is all kinds of fucked up isn't it?"
"I mean, you've just watched me beat the shit out of him with my dad and here we are smiling." She giggles
"It's perfect though." I shrug and she laughs
"Alright, I'm good, my knuckles are bleeding, but not as much as he is." Bert smirks as he wipes his hand with a rag
"You're sure you want to be here for this?" I ask Fe again and she rolls her eyes
"Yes I'm sure, I want to see him die and know that all of us are free and He's paid the ultimate price for taking Billy from us." Fe says confidently
"You're amazing you know that?" I smile looking down at her
"I know." She shrugs. I had planned on talking to Lipizi first, before I kill him, but his face his so fucked up he can barely speak, and fuck if I can understand him.
I cross the short distance to stand in front of Lipizi, crouching down to his level, he looks at me through swollen eyelids and I smile
"When you murdered by brother we were just scared kids and I couldn't get to you. It may have taken years, but finally I'm going to end your pathetic life." I smirk
