When no one was there for him, he had Friend. Friend cared about him, and Friend loved him.
Friend would listen to him, and comfort him. It made Ghostbur happy.
It made Ghostbur happy when he can be with his friends, but when they ignore him, or forget he's there, he always could turn to Friend.
Because Friend was just that perfect.
"Would they notice, Friend?" He asked.
The sheep stared at Ghostbur, blinking.
"Would they know if I was gone one day?" He said with a frown, "I don't think they will."
Ghostbur hugged the sheep tightly, "You'd notice... and..." He forced a smile, "You know.. that's all that matters!"
Friend was his only true friend, and Ghostbur didn't mind at all. Because he loved friend and Friend loved him.
