The house was made of redwood, with a white, thick wall. It was bigger than other houses I've seen. In front of it was a sidewalk made of broken gray cobblestone. I parked the red car along the sidewalk and walked up to the door. I rang the pearl doorbell that was surrounded by wood. Ding. Carmen's mom answered the door.
"Come in Gray, Carmen is almost ready." She gestured to sit down. She went up the wooden stairs. Probably to help Carmen. I waited on the couch and remembered Player. The Carnations. I forgot them.In my head, I panic a little bit. It's too late now. I'll just have to make up with good looks. I tried to smile. I didn't need a mirror to know it was terrible. I stopped smiling. So much for being perfect. I heard a small step and I looked up the stairs. In the middle was Carmen. She was wearing a lace, off- the- shoulder dress, her hair in a messy side bun. With red felt heels and red lipstick. I noticed a tiny red flower in her hair.It completed the look. I looked at her and felt myself stop breathing for a second. My heart started beating faster, this was happening. Behind her was her mom, coming down the step in a simple, brown dress. Carmen walked slowly down the steps and I stood up, walking towards the steps so I could meet her at the last step. Once she was at the bottom, I gave her a hug. Whispering in her ear,
"You look really pretty right now." We break apart from our hug.
"Not too bad yourself."She replies and laughs a little.
"That's reassuring. So ready to go?" I ask and open the door for her.
"After you, M'lady."

SO it was my first time doing... whatever that image thing is above, so I know it's bad. I don't own anything from the picture (except the google slide that it was created on lol) , but that is just how I imagined Carmen's date dress. When I was making this, my thoughts went to Miraculous ladybug for some reason and I decided to add "M'lady" because Carmen is wearing red like ladybug and Gray is wearing a black suit (I know I didn't say it, but suit color doesn't really matter) like Chat Noir.
