- your mc characters pov !

i sat in dreams cell as we had sat in awkward silence for the past couple minutes.

"i'm staying with ranboo and techno, tommy burnt down my house yesterday since he was mad or something." i spoke suddenly he looked up at me.

"hm. how's that going?" he asked as i looked around.

"it's good. also, i think i lost the photo of us as kids." i replied as he furrowed his brows.

"what do you mean you lost it?" he asked as i could tell he was trying to contain his anger.

"when tommy burnt down my home, my backpack was gone which had the photo in there, my sword, the letter you gave me and some other stuff." i spoke as he sighed.

"i knew you were too immature to hold onto the photo." he replied as i furrowed my brows.

"at least i wasn't dumb enough to be put in prison." i scoffed as he rolled his eyes.

"you're lucky i'm stuck here or else i would've taken your last life." he told me as i laughed softly.

"oh sure you would." i spoke before sam yelled out.

"VISITING HOURS ARE OVER!"

- mini time skip -

i stood beside ranboo as we looked through his makeshift windows to technos home.

"oh, wait here." he spoke before he ran downstairs. i furrowed my brows but remained in the same spot.

i heard him climb up the ladder and turned to see him smiling.

"i made this for you." he giggled as he handed me a ring.

"for me?" i asked as i examined it.

it had an emerald piece in the middle that glistened beautifully.

"it's so i don't forget you." he spoke as i smiled.

"ranboo.. i don't know how to thank you enough." i spoke as my eyes watered.

"i even have my own!" he smiled as he pulled out the same ring and slid it on his finger. "we're matching now!" he giggled as i laughed.

"we are!" i smiled as we made eye contact for a brief second.

"are you crying?" he asked as i nodded.

"not in a bad way! it just.. it means a lot ranboo. you're too nice." i replied.

"well that's what best friends are for, you're my best friend and hopefully i'm yours. i mean, it's fine if-"

"you are my best friend ranboo." i smiled as he smiled with a nod.

"okay well i have to go for a bit, will you be fine here?" he asked as i nodded.

"yeah, i'll probably go mining and visit puffy." i smiled as he nodded.

"alright, i'll see you." he spoke as i hummed.

"see you later ranboo!" i smiled as he left his home. i watched him walk away as i sighed.

i admired the ring as i slid it on my finger.

i should visit tommy..

but i cant bring myself to do so.

"hey purpled, do you think i can get some potatoes? i brought you some emeralds as payment." i spoke as he nodded.

"yeah, take as much as you want." he replied as i decided a stack was fine.

"alright, thanks! here you go." i spoke as i handed him some emeralds.

"thanks, enjoy." he smiled as i nodded.

"hi niki!" i smiled as she smiled in return. she stood behind her counter in her flower shop as i looked around.

i grabbed a [favorite flower] and a cornflower before i [ if cornflower is your fav then pretend it says "i grabbed two cornflowers" LMAO ] walked to the front desk.

"how much do these cost?" i asked.

"those would cost two gold ingots." she smiled as i nodded, sliding the gold towards her.

"thank you, have a nice day!" she smiled as i nodded.

"you too!" i smiled as i walked out her shop.

"you think he'll get here soon, ender?" i asked ranboo's cat with the nickname i had given him.

the cat simply curled up to me as i sighed.

i was sprawled out on ranboo's bed with enderchest.

"he's been gone all day, he has to get here soon." i spoke as i cuddled enderchest.

"right?"
