"Harry we need to get the diadem!" Emerald said urgently as she dragged him towards the room of requirement
"Marcel you try and find mother, Hermione and Ron try and find the snake and the sword just in case" she ordered and they all scampered off in their separate directions
"When this is all over you're going to have to tell me to do that" he joked and she scoffed swinging open the Room Of Requirement door"
"How do you know where it is?" Harry asked
"Had a chat with the Grey Lady" she shrugged it off "seemed to like the idea of taking down the man who betrayed her" she concluded "now get searching" she commanded as she went further into the room, him starting at the front.
They had barely begun when the door swung open once more to reveal three more people
"Well well well if it isn't the infamous 'chosen one'" Draco mocked pointing his wand at his nemesis, Davis and Nott doing the same, albeit Theo didn't look like he wanted to be stood alongside Draco
"Leave me alone Malfoy" Harry spat
"You've got something of mine" Draco seethed "I'd like it back" he gestured to the wand in Harry's hand
Harry let out a scoff "it would appear your ally has something you want as well" Malfoy glanced a Theo momentarily
"You dare bring her up-"
"Or what" Emerald came round the corner and faced the boys "what exactly will you do Malfoy?" She couldn't look Theo in the eye
He was supposed to be in the dungeons?
He grit his teeth but didn't say a word, Theo tensed up behind him but also kept his mouth shut
"Oh for heaven sake" Davis exclaimed "I'll do the talking then shall I?" He smirked his perverted grin at Emerald
"All that fighting's got you on good shape Emmy" he said maliciously "bet it's even better under the—"
"Shut it!" Both Malfoy and Nott spat in unison
He grinned at them "such a shame that such a pretty face has to die" he feigned hurt before hurling a curse in Emerald's direction, narrowly avoiding her
"Cut it out" Malfoy spat
Davis grinned again "it must be so hard to watch the girl you love with the guy who's taken everything from you, your entire life" he looked proud of himself "well now my good friend you won't have to" he raised his wand to Emerald again but it went flying across the room instead, he turned in disbelief to see Theo with his wand raised at him, glaring furiously
"I swear if you do that again I'll kill you myself" he growled, but Davis only laughed
"Oh come on boys we're just playing ,no hard feelings" he accio'd his wand once more
Emerald laughed "go on then Davis" she folded her arms "do your worst"
He chuckled "oh I don't want to hurt you princess" he smirked "true you've bruised my ego a bit" he gestured to Theo "I mean he's the worlds worst death eater, soft as candy floss and you still chose him"
Emerald scoffed "do you want to get to the point?"
He smiled at her "oh but love .....the best part is that I know I can hurt you" he looked smug "the funniest bit.......is that you just don't have the rage to do the damage when it comes down to protecting yourself" he laughed "it's adorable really"
"Davis I swear to merlin—" Theo was livid, the hand he was gripping his raised wand with was white.
"—no it's okay Theo" Emerald silenced him "you're right Davis, maybe I don't care about myself" she ignored the way Theo's eyes widened as she stepped closer to him "but I dare you to hurt someone I care about because I will promise you now it'll be the last thing you ever do"
