"What was she like, in love? " I eyed Alice's grave.

"So Carefree. "

"Bitch never shared anything to me. "
I playfully slapped her Stone.

" And no. It wasn't you Zeb. It's not me either. " He looked at me with stormy eyes it looked like he'd cry in one blink.

"What? I don't understand. "

"It was her choice. What she did. She said never to blame yourself. Or me. Or anyone. She was thankful. That's what she'd always say. That you extended her stay here. And that she's thankful, nothing else. "  Aiden wiped the cascade of tears.

"Alice. I hate you. Why didn't you think of me?  The things I'll go through! Bitch you owe me five hardbound books!  And ---"

I looked up to stop tears from steaming down.

"--- that Spongebob pillow you said you'd give me. Where?  Or that stupid bet whose going to marry first?  Or whose baby's the ugliest! "

"---Or how I would forget everything. "

"---because I just can't. "

"---why can't you live for me? "

"---wasn't I enough? "

"----am I not worth living for? "

I had sobbed so hard it was very difficult for me to breathe.

Someone hugged me. It wasn't Aiden, as he was lying beside her, crying, howling, grieving.

It was Bran.

Always, Bran.
