"What's going on?" Namjoon asked after he was pulled from his bedroom and into Hoseok's and Yoongi's room by Jungkook, who had violently shaken him awake. Jungkook closed and locked the bedroom door as Yoongi turned up the volume a little to the tv to drown out their voices.

"Taehyung apologized to me," Jungkook rushed out in a hushed whisper, eyes round as the others' eyes widened at this. Hoseok shot up from the bed with his messy hair flailing around as he stared at the alpha, the news coming as a bombshell.

"Wait. What?" He asked the ravenette as he walked around the bed and stood in front of the boy before sitting down on the edge of the mattress and stared up at Jungkook. Yoongi was sat behind Hoseok, while Namjoon stood beside the older with his arms folded.

"Taehyung apologized for everything," Jungkook repeated himself, voice still in a low whisper as he looked between all three of his best friends as Yoongi asked, "When?"

"Just a few minutes ago," Jungkook stated as he hooked a thumb over his shoulder, "We were outside and he just straight up apologized for everything he did. For the attack, for killing a majority of the pack—for literally everything."

"So, what does this mean?" Namjoon queried, raising an eyebrow at the youngest as he sat on the edge of the mattress beside Hoseok, "Are you calling off the plan or what?"

"Wait a minute, Joon. Let's not be hasty," Yoongi said as he held up a hand at the omega before looking back over at Jungkook, who gave the male a puzzled look, "How do we even know if he's being genuine with this so-called apology?"

Namjoon glanced over at Yoongi and raised a brow at the older, mouth agape a little as he stared at the male, "What? He apologized. That's all that matters."

"He could just be apologizing to soften Kook up," Hoseok stated matter of factly as he glanced over at Namjoon, the omega now feeling as if everyone was against him.

"Soften him up for what exactly?" Namjoon questioned as he crossed his arms over his broad chest and looked at the couple seated beside him, "To get him all buttered up so he can finish him off in his sleep?"

"I know you're being sarcastic, but that's exactly what he could want," Hoseok affirmed, voice hard as Jungkook stayed silent and listened to the trio argue amongst themselves.

"You're unbelievable," Namjoon scoffed as he shook his head at the pair, looking away as he threw himself back on the mattress behind him, bouncing a little due to the springs.

The trio began to argue, their voices growing louder and louder the deeper they had gotten into their conversation. Facts being stated, opinions being thrown around as if they were factual, and it was all giving Jungkook a headache.

He didn't know who to listen to. Their voices were mixing in, and the next thing Jungkook knows is their bickering was breaking his thought process. He snapped his eyes up and saw the way they were talking to each other.

Fingers were being pointed in faces, glares settling within their features and Jungkook has never seen this side of them before. Him snapping because he was done with their fighting was the reason why the room grew quiet.

It was late that night, and he didn't want to wake anyone up and grow suspicious of them. He clapped his hands and silenced the trio before it got too out of hand and wouldn't be able to control them. "Stop it!" He whispered shouted at the trio, glaring at them.

They went quiet, sitting back down on the mattress and looking at the alpha, who was sneering at them in disappointment. "Sorry," They mumbled in sync, neither one looking at each other as they kept their gazes glued to Jungkook.

"I'm not here to watch you guys fight over this," He stated sternly, pointing a finger at each male with a sharp look on his face, "I came here for advice. Not to start a fight. If you guys can't handle this maturely, then I'm leaving."

"No, no. We're sorry," Hoseok genuinely said, knowing they had gotten out of line, "We're here for you."

"Thank you," Jungkook whispered with a single nod of his head as his arms folded lazily over his torso. "I don't know what to do. The plan is already in motion. I can't just call it off."

"But you can," Namjoon cut in, pushing himself off the bed as he took a few steps forward so he was now standing directly in front of the alpha, "You can call this whole thing off and we can put it behind us, and act like this never happened."

Jungkook's gaze shifted down in thought, growing quiet as he thought about everything Namjoon had told him. Maybe he could do this; call off the plan and act like it never happened in the first place.

What worried him the most was if he could pull it off and not get caught. He'd have to backtrack himself and make sure this doesn't get to Taehyung in any way, shape or form. They'd still have to be quiet about it and not talk about this at all, and Jungkook was concerned they would accidentally slip up somehow.

"Okay, before you make an executive decision on this, was Taehyung genuine about his apology, or was he just saying it to make you feel better?" Yoongi asked as he too climbed off the bed and stood beside Namjoon and in front of Jungkook.

"I don't know." Jungkook shrugged as he looked between the pair, Hoseok soon joining them seconds later as he stood beside Yoongi, "I think he was."

"You can't make a decision on just you think," Hoseok stated matter of factly as he looked into Jungkook's honey-brown eyes and saw the way he truly wanted to believe Taehyung was genuine about his apology.

"Well—"

"Look, we've been here for a total of three weeks, right?" Namjoon received nods from the others as their attention was now on him. "Don't you think if Taehyung wanted to do something to us he already would have?"

"I guess that's something to think about," Yoongi mumbled as he scratched the back of his head as Jungkook barely nodded. He realized Namjoon had a point; Taehyung would've done something to them if he really wanted to, and he hasn't.

But it has only been three weeks, so it made Jungkook wonder if that was enough time. "You don't think he's waiting just to throw us off guard?" Jungkook asked the older, who instantly shook his head as a response.

"Trust me on this," Namjoon said, placing his hands on Jungkook's shoulders as he looked into his soft brown eyes with his own pleading ones, "Call off the plan."
