CHAPTER 33.5

DRACO'S POV

I couldn't let this happen. I sprinted as hard as I could, grabbing Sar and tackling her down, groaning as I hit the hard floor. Sarah landed atop me, snarling as she went down. Her curse swerved and hit one of the mirrors in the far corner, cracking it severly. Bad luck for me then... She just sat there for a second, right on my stomach, as everyone around her stared at the both of us.

'Malfoy? What are you doing here?' Potter asked stupidly, pointing at me. Yeah, not grateful or anything that I had just saved him.

'Saving your arse, as usual,' I said with a smirk. It was only then that Sarah turned to me.

SARAH'S POV

What. The. HELL. I looked at Draco, silently pleading that I was hallucinating and he wasn't here. I shut my eyes, hoping that when I opened them he would vanish, and reopened them. Damn. Lucius would not be pleased when I hurt him, oh well, business is business I suppose. I picked up my wand from in front of me and pointed it at Draco, planning to knock him into next week when he stopped me.

'Stand up Sar, I have an idea, your father will never know,' He whispered, struggling under me. My father wouldn't know? Nonsense. Father knew everything...

'What about oblivate?' He said into my ear.

'Perfect.' I smiled, standing and helping him up. I hadn't a clue how to wipe the memories of such a vast group but I needed to try, at least. I firgured if this worked, I could keep up the facade a little longer.

'Ready?' I asked Draco, standing behind him, our backs togther for protection.

'Wait. The Slytherins as well?' He asked nervously.

'Do them all,' I commanded, 'I want no one to remember who I am.' He nodded quietly and pulled out his own wand.

It must have looked ridiculous, us two surrounded by.... Everyone. I took in deep breaths, preparing myself for what I was about to do. I had cooled down since I attacked Potter, my nerves normal.

'Oblivate,' I whispered, pointing my wand at Potter. His eyes rolled back into his head and he dropped to the floor in a dead slumber. One done... How many to go? People were panicing now, thinking Potter was dead. I didn't have enough time to do this on everyone, even with Dracos help. I sighed and pocketed my wand.

'What are you doing Sar?' Draco asked, pausing and staring at me blankly.

'Just stop. If I faint, get me ou of here okay?' I didn't wait for an answer -if he cared, he would obey-, and rubbed my hands together, trying to get a static. I'd never tried an actual spell through my hands, I'd considered it dangerous. Neve mind. Fear was a distraction.

I tried to get a good static energy going, so it wouldn't hurt, and closed my eyes.

'Oblivate,' I whispered. Louder. 'Oblivate. Oblivate! OBLIVATE!' I yelled, screaming slightly as my magic sped out of me, nearly emptying me. I couldn't feel anything. Not my legs, nor any other part of my body. Pain was everywhere, I felt dead. No, it was something worse than even death. I was empty, a hollow shell of myself. I could barely open my eyes before I sunk into a bow, dropping onto the floor, wholly unconscious.

HOW LONG LATER?

'Sar! Please wake up Sarah, I can't bear it anymore! It's like you're dead, never moving. If you can hear me, please!' A voice, tugging on my hand.
