A/N: I don't know why but this chapter took me forever to write. Sorry if it's kinda short. :/ But I hope you like it :) I love you guys and thank you for putting up with my story. <3

*Juliet's pov*
"Juliet, you know what we should do?" Hayes asked.
"What?" I smiled.
We were walking hand and hand around the city.
"Let's go bowling!" Hayes said as he picked me up, carry me bridal style, and carried me to the nearest bowling place.
He put me down as we entered the bowling place.
We rented our bowling shoes and we walked to the first lane.
My first roll went into the gutters.
"Babe, I mean this in the nicest way possible, you suck at bowling." Hayes laughed.
He went up and rolled.
He got a strike.
"I bet, I'll get a higher score than you." I smiled.
"You're on."
"The loser pays for ice cream."
"Deal."
I was up next and I got a strike.
"Yes!" I cheered and did a victory dance.
Hayes wrapped his arms around my waist and picked me up.
"You haven't won yet." He smiled as he put me down and he got all of the pins but two.
"Oh, a split." I smiled.
He got the spare.
"No fair." I pouted as I got up and got another strike.
"No way. There's no way you're beating me." Hayes sighed.
"Are you afraid of loosing to a girl?" I laughed.
"No. My girlfriend's just better at everything." He said as he pecked my lips.
He went up and got a strike.
He ended up winning.
"It's okay babe," he smiled, "I'm pretty sure I was going to pay anyways." He said as we returned the shoes.
"No, I'm paying." I said.
"It's no big deal, Juliet. I'm paying." Hayes said as we walked out of the bowling place.
"Where to?" I asked.
"Baskin Robins." He said.
It was pretty far, it was in Time Square.
We went into the subway, and it was rush hour.
People were coming in and out of their trains and into the city.
Hayes grabbed my hand and led me to our train.
We sat down in our seats.
"That was crazy." Hayes sighed.
"Is that why you held my hand?" I laughed.
"Well-"
"It's okay. It's nice to know you'll protect me. And even if I did get lost I know how to make my way back." I said.
"I just want you close." He smiled.
The train stopped and everyone piled in and out.
One more stop.
I scanned my eyes around the train.
Everyone was busy doing something.
There were the business men, talking or typing on their phones.
The train stopped and we walked out.
We walked to Baskin Robbins.
"Hayes?"
"What?"
"Last one to Baskin Robbins pays!" I exclaimed as I ran.
"Juliet!" He called as he ran after me.
He caught up and ran next to me.
"No fair!" He panted.
I let him run a little bit a head of me, stopped him, and got on his back.
We walked into Baskin Robins like that.
"So, who's paying again?" Hayes smirked as he put me down.
"I'll pay for my own." I said as I ordered.
I ordered the Oreo with Cake Batter, and he ordered Made with Snickers.
I was looking at the ice cream when Hayes handed me mine.
"Aw, did you pay for me?" I said.
"Yeah." He laughed as we walked to a table and sat.
We spent the rest of our date talking about everything and nothing. (Does that make sense?)
I got home from my date and someone texted me.
Unknown: I'm back sweetheart.
What?
Me: who is this?
Unknown: someone you've been missing. I've seen you with your little boyfriend. Either you get out of his life or I hurt him.
My arms were shaking, I couldn't control it.
The room was spinning, and my eyes were watering.
"Juliet?" I heard a hazy voice said.
"I...I..." I stuttered as I heard a loud thump and everything went black.
***about 2 hours later***
I grabbed the closest thing to my right and hugged it. I was hyperventilating.
The thing I grabbed was a pillow.
I calmed down and I realized I was on the couch.
Matt emerged from the kitchen.
"Hey! You're okay." He said as he took an ice pack off my head and put it on the coffee table.
"I should probably tell you what happened." I laughed as I sat up.
"Yeah I was kind of freaked out." Matt said.
"I got a text from an unknown number." I said as I took out my phone and gave it to him, showing the messages.
"This is crazy. We have to report it-"
"No. We can't. Didn't you see what it was going to do? It was going to hurt Hayes." I said.
"Then what are you going to do? Break up with him?" Matt asked.
A few tears rolled down my cheeks.
"I have to.." I whispered.
"I'm really sorry, Juliet." He pulled me into his embrace and wrapped his arms around my waist.
I was crying really hard this time.
"I-I-t-t...it's o-okay-y." I said.
"When do you have to do it?" Matt asked.
"I have to do it soon." I said.
"He's going to be heartbroken." Matt assured me.
"So am I." I laughed.
"Do you think you know who this number might be?" Matt asked.
"I don't know...it can't be Melanie, she'd actually want to see me get hurt." I said.
"Juliet, what if it's your dad?" Matt asked.
"No.." I whispered.
"I'm sorry." He said.
"It can't be." I said.
