Here's the gist of the story:
Ziva Michel has a very defined definition of love. She wants the fireworks during the kiss, the tingles when they touch, she wants it all. These are all characteristics that her current boyfriend Erik lacks, so when he finally proposes, she says no. On her way home, she witnesses something that she shouldn't have and that leaves her in a very dangerous situation. Ziva sucks up her pride and goes to the most unlikely of protectors, a protector who might be able to give her exactly what she wants.
