Efreem's POV

" Tatapatin ko na po kayo humihina na po ang katawan niya, anytime po pwede ng bumigay ang puso niya. Kailangan niyo na pong ihanda ang sarili niyo." sabi ng doctor. Hawak hawak ko ang kamay ng walang malay na si Lorrien. Patuloy ang pag-agos ng luha sa mga mata ko, hindi ko kakayanin kong mawawala siya sa buhay ko.

" Doc gawin niyo po ang lahat, huwag po tayong susuko. Kahit katiting na pag-asa huwag nating bitawan" pakiusap ko. Tinitigan ko siya, paano ko siya isusuko ng basta- basta? Siya ang buhay ko.

" Doc pakiusap po huwag niyo na pong sabihin ang tunay na kalagayan ni Lorrien sa mga magulang niya. Natatakot ako na baka hindi na rin nila kayanin. " dagdag ko pa. Tinanguan lang ako ng doctor at iniwanan na kami.

Hinawakan ko ang kamay niya ng mas mahigpit at tsaka ko siya kinausap." Lorrien huwag naman ganito, huwag mo naman akong iwanan." sabi ko. Napabuntong hininga ako ng malalim at nag-isip ng ilang oras.

" Mapapatawad mo ba ako kung iiwanan kita, Maiintindihan mo ba kung ipagpapalit kita sa iba? Pero sana lagi mong tandaan na mahal na mahal pa rin kita." sabi ko.

Oftentimes we say goodbye to the person we love without wanting to. Though that doesn’t mean that we've stopped loving them or we've stopped to care. Sometimes goodbye is a painful way to say I love you.

Lorrien's POV

It's been seven years back then, but the feeling is still the same. It feels like I'm still a teenager who fell in love for the first time. I love this feeling, the butterflies in my stomach whenever he's around and it feels like I'm riding in a roller coaster ride that makes my heart beats faster than the usual.

Efreem prepared a romantic dinner for the two of us.

I looked around and I'm flattered with what I saw.

I knew that I was about to cry because I was overwhelmed with this romantic dinner date with him.

The cool wind blew and it gave me a relaxing sensation.

The lights  that gave a romantic ambiance

The romantic dinner date set up near in the beach

One word to describe the place "PERFECT"

It made me feel once again that I'm so blessed to have him.

It made me fall in love once again with the same man.

It's my dream date when I was a kid and I never knew that he will fulfilled my dream, all of my dreams.
