I was too tired from the book signing event. I can feel my numbing feet and back pain. That Timothy really have some great number of fans. In these exhausting moments I always crave for a cup of coffee and a cozy place. I suddenly felt my throat thirst for a good cup of coffee.

Since I always want to discover coffee shops I will be searching for another again. Never mind that thirst, that can wait.

I started my car's engine and drive. I rolled my windows down to have a clear view of establishments. I just kept on driving for a few good minutes until a certain sign caught my attention.

Summer's Cakes and Coffees

I suddenly felt hungry when I read that cake from the sign board. I want to eat some sweets tonight. I parked my car and went out. My gazes were at the coffeeshop's surrounding and it marked my thoughts with good compliments.

It's good.

Nice architecture and design for a coffee shop.

I entered the shop and feel more amazed inside, 'twas like you're on a nature trip because of its touch of forest art. I sat at the chair near the window still throwing gazes at its surrounding. It's aircon was welcoming too. Another good point.

"Good evening ma'am. What's your order? We have different kinds of cakes and coffees on the menu ma'am." The waitress approached me wearing her wide smile. 

Oh, there's no need to go to check some coffees in the counter too.

I started checking on their menu. Their menu was full of choices.

"One order of britainico coffee and one slice of chocolate cake." 

"Okay ma'am, I'll be there in a few minutes ma'am." She smiled and bowed before leaving.

Oh I can't wait to fill my tummy with britainico and sweets.

Alas siyete na ng gabi pero marami pa ring dumarating na customers. Gaya ng dati ay tumulong ako sa mga empleyado ko. Kahit ako naman ang boss nila ay on-hands talaga ako sa negosyo ko.

"Lukeng isang order ng britainico coffee at one slice of chocolate cake para sa isang magandang customer." Nakangiting sabi ni Jade. Karamihan sa mga empleyado ko ay Lukeng ang tawag kay Luke. Ewan ko ba kung bakit.

"Magandang babae ba Jade?" At bigla na namang nagliwanag ang mukha ng mokong. "Nasan?" Bahagya pa siyang nagpalinga linga.

"Ayun oh, malapit sa bintana. Yung naka-puti, ripped jeans, leather jacket at rubber shoes. Oh ayan full description na para makita mo agad." Rinig ko ang paglalarawan ni Jade sa babae. At mukhang hindi pa rin ito makita ni Luke base sa palinga-lingang galaw niya. "Yung kulay black ang buhok na may pagka-curly." Paglilinaw pa ni Jade.

Dala ng kyuryusidad ay tinanaw ko rin ang babaeng inilalarawan ni Jade.

Nasa kaliwang side siya ng shop. At nakayuko mukhang abala sa cellphone niya.

Inangat niya ang kanyang ulo at bahagyang hinilot ang kanyang sintido habang nakapikit. Mukha siyang pagod o siguro maraming iniisip. Nang buksan niya ang kanyang mga mata ay biglang nagtama ang mga paningin namin. Madali lang para saakin na makita siya dahil nasa counter ako at walang anumang harang ang counter at tables for customers.
