Here they are. The Cullens are in Forks, Washington. It is Kelby's first time here, but it's Carlisle, Esme, and Edward's second time here. They are at the treaty line with Harry Clearwater and Quill Ateara I.

"This is Kelby Hale," Carlisle says. "He joined is in '58."

"Hello, Kelby," Harry greets. "I'm Harry Clearwater, this is Quill."

"Hello," Kelly greets.

Harry shows Kelby where to sign. Kelby signs the treaty in his messily neat handwriting and he offers the two elder men a smile each.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Kelby," Harry says. "Now, you follow the rules of the treaty, and there won't be any problems."

"I'll follow them, sir," Kelby replies.

Kelby them goes home with Carlisle and Esme.
