Avneet stood in the corner and Ishvari was beside him.
"Mrs. Nigam mujhe lagta hai...aapko ek nurse 24/7 rakhna padega warna inke liye sabkuch karna mushkil hoga"
"Haa haa doctor saheb...aap hi koi.." but sid interrupted
"Mom...she is my caretaker na so she will help me 24/7" Siddharth said holding Ishvari's hand.
"But beta..." Ishvari started saying nervously. But again Siddharth cut her sentence.
"Mom...is there any problem?" She shook her head in no.
"Okay then done" Siddharth said and looked at her.
At nigam mansion
Ishvari welcomed him. And after sometime, he went to his room with the help of Ashnoor and avneet.
After talking a little.... Ashnoor went out after told him to rest and left.
"Agar aapko kuch chahiye hoga toh bata dijiyega" avneet said and about to left.
"Rukiye"
"Kya chahiye aapko?"
"Aap"
