So, funny... the car didn't take us anywhere, so we just went back home.
Kai was tired after having the therapist basically gnaw at her brain.
When we pull into the driveway, we nearly run somebody over that's sleeping on it.
Kai: W-What?! Holy shit! Who is that?
Y/N: Stay here, I'll find out...
I get out of the car and walk in front of it, looking down at the man.
Oh, it's Jayce, how did he end up here?
I nudge him with my foot.
Jayce: Mmm... Five more minutes.
Y/N: Dude, get off my driveway...
Jayce: D-driveway...
He wakes up, bewildered and confused.
Jayce: Ugh... fuck... Eve...
Y/N: What did she do?
I sigh, this isn't good.
Jayce turns over, slowly getting up.
Jayce: Don't know, I just went to bed with her, fell asleep before we could do anything, woke up... here!
He puts his hands on his hips, scolding me.
Jayce: I know you from somewhere?
Y/N: I'm afraid not...
Don't recognize me... Don't recognize me...
Wait, I got it.
Jayce: Aha! Kayn?
Y/N: Kayn? Sorry sir... Kayn's uh... passed, I'm Y/N.
Jayce: Oh! Good! Good... I owed him something...
Not the reaction I was expecting...
Y/N: And what was that?
Jayce: A fair price to pay for getting rid of one of my best men. I don't blame Yasuo, leaving the business for a family is as of now, fine in my eyes. I was probably going to take one of his fingers or something...
Fuck, he needed that to realize that maybe he was inhumane to his workers?
I look back and Kai holds up her hands at me behind the wheel, shaking her head a little sarcastically.
I move Jayce out of the way so Kai can park the car.
Jayce: So, Y/N, where am I?
Y/N: The K/DA mansion, town is about... five miles that way?
Jayce: Fuck that, I'm calling a cab... Pleasure meeting you, glad someone cares if I'm alive.
Please leave...
Five minutes later, Jayce is gone.
I think I owe Eve a talk about her one-night stands.
I head inside with Kai and Ahri let's Kai go inside, then she blocks the way with all nine of her tails.
Ahri: Y/N! We got a problem!
Yasuo: A bad one.
Y/N: What's up guys?
Yasuo: Eve's one night stands are getting bad.
Ahri: She tortures them or bleeds them dry and then tosses them like used condoms!
Yasuo: There's a better metaphor but... Yeah...
Y/N: I saw Jayce blocking the driveway. I had to get out and kick him off.
